Our local offices
You can visit us in person at our two local offices. We’re open at a range
of times to make sure we can fit in with your lifestyle.
Hankinson Way Weekend
Salford Shopping City, 45 Hankinson Way, Salford, M6 5JA. opening!
Opening hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Saturday 9:00am – 12:30pm
Opening mid-December 2009 due to refurbishment to ensure the office
is fully accessible. A temporary office will be provided in the area for all
your queries during this period.

As well as our full time customer contact points, we also have regular
service points at the following locations. You can drop in and talk to a
Salix Homes member of staff about any issue.

Home visits
If you can’t make it to one of our contact points or would prefer that we
came to visit you at your home or at another location convenient to you,
you can request a home visit. Simply contact us by phone, email or in
person and we can arrange to come and see you.
