About UNIMECH AEROSPACE TOOLING SPECIAL PROCESS CAPABILITIES

Located in Bangalore, the aerospace hub in India, we are a 'AS9100 Rev D’


certified company, manufacturing and supplying tooling, structural
fabrications, precision components and mechanical assemblies for
companies in the aerospace and oil & gas sectors.

We work as a strategic supplier and sub-contract manufacturer on a 100%


export basis, supplying products for various global customers in Europe, the
US and Middle East.

Projects are delivered on a turnkey basis from 2D drawings including


creation of 3D models, manufacturing method development, machining,
special processes, assembly and final packaging/dispatch.

All projects undergo 100% inspection of features, NDT, proof load and leak
tests to ensure the product meets the drawing and is fit for function.
