Most celebrities do not demonstrate responsibility for themselves or their families and their lavish lifestyles can promote harmful behaviors like drug use. However, some celebrities, like Angelina Jolie, use their platform and wealth to meaningfully contribute to society through philanthropic work, especially for children in impoverished areas of Africa. Leaders should embody key characteristics like a desire for change, commitment, initiative, optimism and creativity in order to guide others in a natural way and continue growing from any mistakes.

    EVIDENCE: WIKI “CELEBRITY MODELS”

    Celebrities are taken as responsibility and leadership models.


    In this point of view I disagree with this statement, because the vast majority of
    celebrities are not good examples for society and are not responsible for
    themselves or their families; What also entails that the money in which more
    people have is losing the sense of belonging, leads us to the wrong path of life
    such as drugs etc, are very few people who have adequate leadership or celebrity.
    Am I a big media fan?
    Not that I'm a big fan of the media, but if I watch some celebrity shows, I follow
    some celebrities who I think contribute a lot in terms of helping society and that's
    why I'm staying active in terms of information.
     ¿Do I have a celebrity idol?
    I have as idol a particular celebrity, this is angelina jolie, since this actress being a
    super famous is a great philanthropist who helps a lot of non-profit foundations and
    is a faithful advocate for poor children in Africa.

    What are the main characteristics that a leader should have?


    I think the main characteristics that a leader should have are: Desire for change,
    Commitment, Initiative, Losing fear, Understanding the environment, Being
    optimistic, Effort, and to end Creativity, in my concept these are the main
    characteristics that should have a leader.

    What roles should leaders/models display depending on their contexts? 

    In my perspective a role that should show a leader showing all their skills in a
    natural way and accept the mistakes they make to continue to grow with a greater
    celebrity in life.
    Without a doubt, the role of the leader is key. The leader must understand that his
    role goes beyond achieving objectives rather than simply an attribute of direction
    and orientation. People must feel identified with the leader, since he represents
    who they are, what they mean.
