    Ad meliora is a Latin word which means 'towards better thing'. Hitesh Soni & Associates as a part of the
    internship programme have decided to give one activity to boost the cognitive skills of the intern which
    will helps them in the practice of law.

    Here it is....

    Powers of Bar Council of India over the Law Colleges, Universities, UGC etc. in respect of giving direction
    & manner of conducting law examination in view of current Covid-19 Pandemic.

    Whether the Bar Council Of India have the absolute powers over the regulatory & imparting legal
    education in India?

    Whether the Bar Council of India & It's rules have overiding effects & supercedes over the Rules of UGC
    & other State rules.

    Note- Go through Bar Council of India rules governing legal education & rules made thereunder &
    recent circulars, notifications, directions issued by BCI, UGC and other affiliated universities.(Lockdown
    Period)

    SPECIAL NOTE- This weekend activity can be submitted on any day before next Saturday.i.e., 20th June.
