Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) For Coronary Diseases, Related Issues, and Future of CAM
First- the complex and confusing, interrelated and interdisciplinary elements of integrated,
different therapies and combinations require new inventions to achieve robust, well-designed
studies; current models for understanding biomedicine limit compliance limit, also for drug
integration and need to be expanded and expanded. Second, the recent research and discovery
of important scientific methods, theories and theories are essential to further and fully
understand the broader role and claims of the drugs used, which are unique and integrated in
the context of western medicine. Third, we are compelled to address the critical needs of illegal
CAM therapies for patients fighting toxins and the increasing cost of their medications. Fourth,
creating critical understanding in comparing clinical efficacy research to provide appropriate
patient care is important, especially for long-term outcomes. Finally, a high-quality public
education that will clarify the use of research and other technologies and promote effective
leadership must be strengthened.
Thus, that after two decades of intensive efforts from the National Center for Complementary
and Alternative Medicine at the National Institute of Health on behalf of further research and
other forms, there is still inaccessible work for scientists in examining thousands of years of
clinical research questions to prove the effectiveness of complementary and alternative
medicine and provide better evidence-based, guaranteed care. [5]
May not be Safe
Complementary and alternative medicine may not be as helpful or safe as advertised because
its use may cause significant financial or other costs (e.g. by delaying treatment or causing
death). Its use may have adverse effects on patients and the community by creating false
positives, combining side effects, and delaying CM treatment and the use of potentially
reversible resources in evidence-based practices. [6]
Financial Issues
Financial considerations are rarely a major factor in choosing a traditional healer,
situation after reasons such as medical confidence, easy access, and convenience. In the United
States, the average visit per visit to a Navajo physician was US $ 388, and the average annual
use of a traditional healer represented about one-fifth of the annual respondents reported in
the survey. The very high cost of using a healer was identified as the most common barrier to
seeking care from this source. [3]
Future of CAM for Coronary Diseases
In addition to the challenges of the hope that there will be a change in health care, a change in
the thinking of strategies that will soon be formed in man-made medicines to improve health
and improve self-care and self-control to fight disease.
To accelerate this process, effective collaborations with more disciplinary teams that can lead
to higher quality, real research is essential in maintaining and appreciating and improving better
clinical decisions. In addition, targeted or alternative therapies that accept and accept the
combination approach provide undeniable power that positively affects the progression of the
disease while at the same time reducing pain and degeneration. The need for complementary
and alternative therapies will continue to grow beyond today's critical needs. [5]
The 21st
The 21st century promises an exciting time in medicine. Modern science
with modern technology gives us an unprecedented opportunity to explore in depth the
mysteries, difficulties, and disabilities of the human body and mind. As we expand our
understanding of health, the concepts of disease and well-being will grow and deepen, and we
will be able to, through knowledge, study, research and evaluate all western and orient
interventions for symptom control while improving physical and mental health and well-being.
By empowering brighter scientific concepts and renewable resources, we can improve the
prospects for a flexible medical paradigm focused on current health care and transform
medicine, thus paving the way for cost-effective treatment and improving health quality in an
affordable, sustainable, and equitable way. [5]
