Part D: Commercial Terms
1. All the motors are included in the quotation. We can specially order the motor according to the
voltage and frequency of your working site;
2. Terms of Payment: 30% as down payment by T/T; 70% should be paid by T/T or irrevocable L/C at
sight before goods left seller’s factory.
3. Quality Guarantee: The guarantee period for equipment is one year (excluding the wear and tear
parts) after commissioning, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the
factory.
4. Time of Delivery: 40 working days after receipt of the advance payment.
Part E: Technical Service

1. Design for production line flow and equipment layout freely according to the site.
2. Technical documentary: During 5 days after receiving the advance deposit, the seller will provide
operating instruction and all relative drawings.
3. During the operation, we can offer the technology service freely if the user needs to adjust the
layout and application.
Part F: After-sale Service

1. During the installation and commissioning: we shall send our technician to the site for guiding the
installation and commissioning, and train your workers how to operate equipment.
2. Installation Salary: The seller send the technician to supervise the buyer to install the machine, take
trial run, while the buyer should arrange some workers to finish the main job and prepare the materials
and the installation tools needed. The actual expenses incurred for accommodation, food and the
round trip flight ticket for the technician, insurance, and salary should be borne by the buyer. The salary
for the technician is as follows: USD50 per day per person for the first 3 months; from the 4th month,
USD60 per day per person; from the 7th month, USD80 per day per person; from the 10th month,
USD100 per day per person. The salary is calculated on calendar days, not working days. Installation &
commissioning agreement will be signed additionally. If the buyer installs and make trail -run of the
machine by themselves, the buyer should be responsible for any problem.
3. If the equipment appears the equipment failure because of improper handling of user, we are in
charge of maintenance, and collect the appropriate cost.
4. We offer the components with favorable price, perdurable maintenance. After quality assurance
date, if the equipment needs to be repaired, we only collect the cost price.
