    1. Completed Internship from 20/06/2011 to 30/07/2011 with HDFC Life


    Insurance Company Ltd, NFC branch, New Delhi.

    2. Worked as a Legal Intern for Khatana and Associates at Chamber No. 11


    Patiala House court, New Delhi, for the period from 1 st August 2014 to
    18th August 2015.

    3. Worked as an Associates Advocate for Prashant Khatana at Chamber No. 11


    Patiala House Court, New Delhi, for the period from 18 th August, 2015 to
    31st January 2017. I used to handle civil matters and consumer matters.
    4. Worked as Law Research Associates at National Company Law Tribunal,
    Mumbai Bench under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, for the period from
    1st February, 2017 to 12th April, 2018. I was assigned to Hon’ble Judges /
    Members of NCLT for the purpose of identification, selection, collection
    and combination of case laws, citation and judicial pronouncements
    relevant to specific proceedings, sitting during hearing of matters by the
    Tribunal and noting down the arguments, preparing synopsis of the
    matters listed before the Tribunal, assisting in preparation of draft
    judgment. Apart from these, I was handling and preparing orders relating
    to company scheme matters as well as compounding matters as well as
    IBC matters.
    5. Currently I am practicing as an Independent Lawyer with focus on company law,
    Insolvency and bankruptcy code, sebi competition law, intellectual property laws
    and other areas of commercials law in Mumbai & Delhi NCLT, High court,

    and district Court.


    6. Apart from these I am running an NGO ‘Anmol Legal Aid’ in Delhi as Founder &
    President, the Organization provides legal aid and free education to the weaker
    section of the society free of cost and it is located at F-224, F- Block, Phase -6, Aya
    Nagar Ext, Delhi- 110047. It is established in the year 2016 with the primary
    objective to provide legal aid to the underprivileged, indigent and weaker sections of
    the society and helping the poor people who need legal help and advice.
