The below Sākinī mantra should be recited with the focus on the base (mūlādhāra) cakra –
aim̐ hrīm̐ śrīm̐ sām̐ sīm̐ sūm̐ samalavara yūm̐ sākini māṃ rakṣa rakṣa mama asthidhātuṃ
rakṣa rakṣa sarvasattva vaśaṃkari āgacchāgaccha imāṃ pūjāṃ gṛhṇa gṛhṇa aim̐ aghore
hrīm̐ saḥ paramaghore hum̐ ghorarūpe ehyehi namaścāmuṇḍe ḍaralakasahaim̐
śrīmahātripurasundari devi vicce devi vam̐ śam̐ ṣam̐ sam̐ mūlādhāra pīṭhasthe mūlādhāra
sākini mūlādhāranātha devi yugma pādukābhyo namaḥ ।
ऐ ँ ह्रीँ श्रीँ साँ सीँ सूँ समलवर यूँ साकिनि मां रक्ष रक्ष मम अस्थिधातुं रक्ष रक्ष सर्वसत्त्व वशं करि
आगच्छागच्छ इमां पूजां गृ ह्ण गृ ह्ण ऐ ँ अघोरे ह्रीँ सः परमघोरे हुँ घोररूपे एह्ये हि नमश्चामु ण्डे डरलकसहैँ

Meaning -  The bīja mantras aim̐, hrīm̐ and śrīm̐ provide knowledge, power, status, elevation
and abundant wealth. Likewise, the bīja mantras sām̐, sīm̐ and sūm̐, grant success in all
undertakings as well as detachment from all gains, desires and objects, gain spiritual
awareness and protection from all negative influences. The bīja-s samalavarayūm̐ represent
control over all natural elements and a mighty resolve to dispel all karmas and ascend
spiritually, with the blessings of the Divine Yogini Sākinī devi. May the Divine Mother Yogini
Sākinī devi, who is extremely frightful in appearance, come to us and provide complete
protection and entice the eternal Truth to pervade our mind and consciousness. May our
bones and body, be infused and recharged with the zeal to pursue our goals and ascend
spiritually. May the bīja-s aim̐, hrīm̐ and saḥ, provide knowledge, enhance our spiritual
pursuits and increase compassion in us. May the duality destroying Divine Mother Cāmuṇḍa
devi come closer to us and provide us the knowledge leading to self-realization and
liberation. The bīja-s ḍaralakasa and haim̐, represented by the seven yoginis - Ḍākini, Rākini,
Lākini, Kākini, Sākini, Hākini and Yākini, provide control over our emotions, cleanse our
karmas and lead us to self-realization and liberation. May the Divine Mother Śrī
mahātripurasundari devi who is the dynamic super-consciousness pardon our karmas and
lead us to liberation. The bīja-s vam̐, śam̐, ṣam̐ and sam̐ fulfill all our wishes and at the same
time keep us detached from all objects and desires, grant us humility to serve the needy and
remain committed on our spiritual journey, destruction of negativities, gain control of senses,
removal of all impurities, gain contentment and establish our identity with the Supreme Self.
Salutations to the Divine Mother Yogini Sākini devi, who rules the base mūlādhāra cakra and
may all the mātṛkā bīja-s from vam̐ to sam̐, be meditated upon on all the four petals of the
lotus associated with the base root cakra. Salutations to the Divine Yogini Sākini devi. May
She energize our base root cakra, infuse immense resolve, stability and support, rejuvenate
our zeal and spiritual appetite and lead us to salvation. Salutations to the holy feet of the

giver of all fruitful results. She also grants us
the non-dual state of knowing and being.

Salutations to Sarasvatī devi, who


represents arts, knowledge and wisdom and
4 sam̐ sarasvatyai namaḥ सँ सरस्वत्यै नमः is also the cause of all Creation. She grants
success in all accomplishments and fulfills
life’s very purpose of liberation.

विशे ष न्यासः
dhyānam (ध्यानम्) -
mūlādhārastha padme śruti-dala lasite pañca-vaktrāṃ svarṇābhām-asthi saṃsthāṃ sṛṇimapi
kamalaṃ pustakaṃ jñāna-mudrām ।
bibhrāṇāṃ bāhu-daṇḍaiḥ sulalita varadādhyābhi-yuktāṃ manojñām mudrānai sakta-cittāṃ
madhu-madam-uditāṃ bhāvayet sākinīṃ-tām ॥
मूलाधारस्थ पद्मे श्रुतिदल लसिते पञ्चवक्त्रां स्वर्णाभामस्थि सं स्थां सृ णिमपि कमलं पु स्तकं ज्ञानमु दर् ाम् ।
बिभ्राणां बाहुदण्डै ः सु ललित वरदाध्याभियु क्तां मनोज्ञाम् मु दर् ानै सक्तचित्तां मधु मदमु दितां भावये त्
साकिनींताम् ॥

Meaning:- Salutations to the yogini Sākinī devi, who is located as the four petalled lotus –
mūlādhāra (base - root) cakra, bearing each of the Sanskrit consonant mātṛkā-s
from vam̐ to sam̐ on each of the petals. She is golden yellow in complexion and terrific in
appearance. She is five headed signifying the five naturally occurring elements, such as air,
water, fire, earth and ether, with which we need to blend and balance, to progress on the
path to Divinity. She is holding an elephant goad that can tame even the stubbornest of
karmas, a lotus that represents the ascending consciousness that can lead us to the eternal
Truth, a book that holds all knowledge that can be described and a jñāna mudra representing
the ascencion of consciousness and deep spiritual understanding and knowledge. The fore-
arms also hold a stick that can punish our wrong-doings as well as prevent evil influences
from afflicting us. She pervades the bones in the bodies of all beings. She is surrounded by
the mātṛkā śaktī-s from Varadā to Sarasvati devi in the four petalled lotus represented by the
bīja-s vam̐ to sam̐. She makes our wishes come true, grants comforts and humility and leads
us towards liberation. She also represents the earth (prithvi) element. She relishes honey,
green gram mixed rice and spirituous liquor. She confers all wishes and blesses us with
fulfillment of all desires. Salutations to the wonderful Yogini Sākinī devi on whom we meditate
for the activation of the base - root cakra. She should be meditated upon with all the
surrounding mātṛkā śaktī-s with their weapons, in the four petals of the mūlādhāra cakra.
varadādi śakti dhyānam -
rakta pītā sitā śvetāścatasro varadādayaḥ ।
natyakṣamālā kalaśa virājita caturbhujāḥ ॥
रक्त पीता सिता श्वे ताश्चतस्रो वरदादयः ।
नत्यक्षमाला कलश विराजित चतु र्भुजाः ॥
Meaning: The four mātṛkā śaktī-s - Varadā, Śri, Ṣaṇḍā and Sarasvati Devi bearing red,
yellow, white and white complexion, humble in nature and wearing the garland of letters
(akṣamālā), holding a vessel representing the organic bodies of all creatures in Creation,
radiating their brilliance across the entire Creation and bearing four arms.
kākinī (svādhiṣṭhāna cakra) [काकिनी (स्वाधिष्ठानचक् र)] -
The below Kākinī mantra should be recited with the focus on the sacral (svādhiṣṭhāna) cakra

aim̐ hrīm̐ śrīm̐ kām̐ kīm̐ kūm̐ kamalavarayūm̐ kākinī mām rakṣa rakṣa mama medodhātuṃ
rakṣa rakṣa sarvasattvavaśaṃkari āgacchāgaccha imāṃ gṛhṇa gṛhṇa aim̐ aghore hrīm̐ saḥ
paramaghore hum̐ ghorarūpe ehyehi namaścāmuṇḍe ḍa ra la ka sa haim̐

bīja-s from ḍam̐ to pham̐, be meditated upon on all the ten petals of the lotus associated with

yam̐ yaśasvinyai awakening of the spiritual glow – Ājñā cakra.

the realization of a complete new self within

Salutations to Raktā devi, who represents


cleansing of the soul and depleting all
negativities. She also generates a new zeal

lam̐ lamboṣṭhikāyai represents great power of attraction and

svādhiṣṭhānākhya padme rasadala lasite veda-vaktrāṃ tri-netrāṃ pītābhāṃ dhārayantīṃ
triśikha guṇa-kapāl-ābhayānyāt tagarvām ।
madodhātu praviṣṭāṃ madhu-madam-uditāṃ bandhinī pūrva-śaktyāvītāṃ dadhyanna-
saktām-abhimata phaladāṃ kākinīṃ bhāvayettām ॥
स्वाधिष्ठानाख्य पद्मे रसदल लसिते वे दवक्त्रां त्रिने तर् ां पीताभां धारयन्तीं त्रिशिख गु णकपालाभयान्यात्
तगर्वाम् ।
मदोधातु प्रविष्टां मधु मदमु दितां बन्धिनी पूर्वशक्त्यावीतां दध्यन्नसक्तामभिमत फलदां काकिनीं भावये त्ताम् ॥

Meaning:- Salutations to the yogini Kākinī devi, who is located as the six petalled lotus –
svādhiṣṭhāna (sacral) cakra, bearing each of the Sanskrit consonant mātṛkā-s from bam̐ to
lam̐ on each of the petals. She is yellow in complexion and terrific in appearance. She is
three-eyed (awakened ājñā – third eye cakra) each of which, are emitting lightning rays
showing the path to the Divinity in all the three realms. She is four headed signifying the four
vedas, the essence of which needs to be studied, to progress on the path to Divinity. She is
holding a trident to pierce all the triads and lead us to the eternal Truth, a noose to bring us
back to the spiritual path as and when we stray away from it, a skull cup with blood to
indicate the brain and Her role in the act of Creation, an abhaya mudra to ally all our fears.
She prides over the entire Creation and Her role in it. She pervades the fat in the bodies of
all beings. She is surrounded by the mātṛkā śaktī-s from Bandhini to Lamboṣṭhi devi in the six
petalled lotus represented by the bīja-s bam̐ to lam̐. She releases us from all bondage and
the limitations of the cosmic illusion māyā and leads us towards liberation. She also
represents the water (jala) element. She relishes honey, curd rice and spirituous liquor. She
confers all wishes and blesses us with fulfillment of all desires. Salutations to the wonderful
Yogini Kākinī devi, on whom we meditate for the activation of the sacral cakra. She should be
meditated upon with all the surrounding mātṛkā śaktī-s with their weapons, in the six petals of
the svādhiṣṭhāna cakra.

Lākinī (maṇipūraka cakra) [लाकिनी (मणिपूरक चक् र)]

The below Lākinī mantra should be recited with the focus on the navel (maṇipūraka) cakra –

aim̐ hrīm̐ śrīm̐ lām̐ līm̐ lūm̐ lamalavara yūm̐ lākini māṃ rakṣa rakṣa mama māṃsadhātuṃ

rakṣa rakṣa sarvasattva vaśaṃkari āgacchāgaccha imāṃ pūjāṃ gṛhṇa gṛhṇa aim̐ aghore

hrīm̐ saḥ paramaghore hum̐ ghorarūpe ehyehi namaḥ cāmuṇḍe ḍaralakasahaim̐

śrīmahātripurasundari devi ice devi ḍam̐ ḍham̐ ṇam̐ tam̐ tham̐ dam̐ dham̐ nam̐ pam̐ pham̐

natural elements and a mighty resolve to dispel all karmas and ascend spiritually, with the

blessings of the Divine Yogini Lākinī devi. May the Divine Mother Yogini Lākinī devi, who is

extremely frightful in appearance, come to us and provide complete protection and entice the

eternal Truth to pervade our mind and consciousness. May our flesh be infused and

recharged with the zeal to pursue our goals and ascend spiritually. May the bīja-s aim̐, hrīm̐

and saḥ, provide knowledge, enhance our spiritual pursuits and increase compassion in us.

ḍham̐ ḍhaṅkāriṇyai spiritual enlightenment as well as abundant wealth,

namaḥ both spiritual and material. She also grants the
power to exhibit divine splendor from within.

Salutations to Ṇārnā devi, who signifies granting of


3 ṇam̐ ṇārṇāyai namaḥ णँ णार्णा नमः all magical siddhis as well as spiritual
enlightenment.

Salutations to Tāmasya devi, who signifies the


expulsion of all darkness, hatred, jealously and
4 tam̐ tāmasyai namaḥ तँ तामस्यै नमः other vices and ushering in compassion and true
unconditional love. She is also the giver of fortune.
She takes up the Kuṇḍalini to the Anāhata cakra.

5 tham̐ sthāṇvyai namaḥ थँ स्थाण्व्यै नमः Salutations to  Sthāṇvi devi, who signifies attaining
all virtues and leading a moralistic life. She grants
the ability to fearlessly withstand any evil, as well
the power to maintain calm and composure, in
distressing circumstances.

Salutations to Dākṣāyaṇī devi, who signifies great


power, wealth, authority, good fortune and
immense happiness. She also grants immense
dam̐ dākṣāyiṇyai
6 दँ दाक्षायिण्यै नमः contentment, so that one does not get fully
namaḥ
overcome by greed, to pursue much more material
wealth than what’s already granted in abundance
and instead focus on the spiritual realms.

Salutations to Dhattayā devi, who signifies removal


7 dham̐ dhātryai namaḥ धँ धात्र्यै नमः of all impurities and is also the curer of all deadly
diseases.

Salutations to Nāryā Devi, who signifies liberation


8 nam̐ nāryai namaḥ नँ नार्यै नमः
or mokṣā. She reveals our true Self.

Salutations to Pārvatī devi, who represents will


power, endurance and great strength, both physical
9 pam̐ pārvatyai namaḥ पँ पार्वत्यै नमः and mental. Her power remains stable and gives
one immense confidence and success in all
endeavors.

Salutations to Phaṭkāriṇī devi, who represents


pham̐ phaṭkāriṇyai
10 फँ फट् कारिण्यै नमः freedom from all worries and negativities. She’s
namaḥ
also the giver of all siddhis or magical powers.

कपालशूलधारिण्यः कृष्णाश्च नति सं युताः ॥

किरीटहार केयूर काञ्ची नूपुरभूषणाः ॥

Meaning:- Salutations to the yogini Lākinī devi, who is located as the ten petalled lotus –

maṇipūraka (navel) cakra, bearing each of the Sanskrit consonant mātṛkā-s from ḍam̐ to

pham̐ on each of the petals. She is red in complexion and terrific in appearance. She is

three-eyed (awakened ājñā – third eye cakra) each of which, are emitting lightning rays

showing the path to the Divinity in all the three realms. She is three headed signifying the

triads manifested in nature that need to be ascended to progress on the path to Divinity. She

is holding a lance to awaken the cakras, a thunderbolt to strike down our ego, a stick to

punish the wrong doings and prevent negative influences upon us, an abhaya mudra to ally

all our fears. She pervades the flesh in all beings. She is surrounded by the mātṛkā śaktī-s

from Ḍāmari to Phaṭkāriṇī devi in the ten petalled lotus represented by the bīja-s ḍam̐ to

pham̐. She invokes great fear in enemies and amongst all those who cast negative

influences upon us and infuses great strength, wisdom and vigor in us and also represents

the fire (agni) element. She relishes sweet rice. She confers all types of joy, happiness and

ushers immense auspiciousness, besides granting bliss to our souls. Salutations to the

wonderful Yogini Lākinī devi, on whom we meditate for the activation of the navel cakra. She

should be meditated upon with all the surrounding mātṛkā śaktī-s with their weapons, in the

ten petals of the maṇipūraka cakra.

She is to be meditated upon as surrounded by Ḍāmari and other mātṛkā śaktī-s, dark in

complexion and bowing down in submission, holding a skull cup representing their role in

Creation, a trident representing the triads in the entire Creation, wearing a crown

representing their high status and power, bedecked with ornaments, bracelets on the upper

arms, ornamental girdles around the waist and dazzling anklets.  


Rākinī – (anāhata cakre) [राकिनी – (अनाहत चक् रे)]

The below Rākinī mantra should be recited with the focus on the heart (anāhata) cakra –

Meaning -  The bīja mantras aim̐, hrīm̐ and śrīm̐ provide knowledge, power, status, elevation

and abundant wealth. Likewise, the bīja mantras rām̐, rīm̐ and rūm̐, provide destruction of all

negativities, cleansing the soul, attraction of positivity, gaining of spiritual awareness, control

over all senses and protection from all negative influences, as well as vāk siddhi, a magical

power that makes words come true. The bīja-s ramalavarayūm̐ represent control over all

natural elements and a mighty resolve to dispel all karmas and ascend spiritually, with the

blessings of the Divine Yogini Rākinī devi. May the Divine Mother Yogini Rākinī devi, who is

extremely frightful in appearance, come to us and provide complete protection and entice the

eternal Truth to pervade our mind and consciousness. May our blood be infused and

recharged with the zeal to pursue our goals and ascend spiritually. May the bīja-

the dynamic super-consciousness pardon our karmas and lead us to liberation. The bīja-

discerning knowledge to free us from all karmas, detachment from all triads, relieve us of all

evil thoughts and influences, balance our material and spiritual aspirations, grant us

composure, contentment, removal of all impurities and establish our identity with the

Supreme Self. Salutations to the Divine Mother Yogini Rākini devi, who rules the heart

anāhata cakra and may all the mātṛkā bīja-s from kam̐ to ṭham̐, be meditated upon on all the

twelve petals of the lotus associated with the heart cakra. Salutations to the Divine Yogini

the brain as well as Her association with the act of Creation, a drum to manifest all the

whom having two hands and holding two weapons, consisting of – a skull representing the

brain, the wish granting and fear allaying mudras, a book and the garland of letters of the

Sanskrit alphabet, representing all the mātṛkā śaktī-s and the knowledge associated with

them, a bell representing the clarion call for worship, as well as all the sounds occurring in

the universe, a sword to slash the ego, an elephant goad to beat the stubborn karmas to

submission, a shield to bar all negative influences, an axe to break the duality prevalent in

us, the wish granting and fear allaying mudras, a deer representing swiftness in Her action, a

trident representing all the triads, a drum sending out the sacred notes of the mātṛkā śaktī-s,

a banner announcing Her arrival, a bowl representing the entire Creation and its Sustenance,

Creation (Brahma), Preservation (Viṣṇu), Destruction
(Rudra), Annihilation (īśvara) and Resurrection (Sadāśiva).

Salutations to Indrāṇi devi, who represents the power of


overcoming jealousy, passion and wrath. She is the grantor

of all wishes and bestows enjoyment and liberation to the
devotee. She is the iccha śakti and represents all the wishes.

Salutations to Īśāni devi, who signifies the richness of divine


perfection and is the Kāmakalā and Turiyā bīja. She is the
4 īm̐ īśānyai namaḥ ईँ ईशान्यै नमः
grantor of spiritual liberation and represents both the static
and dynamic aspects of the super-consciousness.

Salutations to Umā devi, who signifies great power and


strength, as well as tender motherly love, care and unstinted
devotion. She is destroyer of all evil and is fiercely
5 um̐ umāyai namaḥ उँ उमायै नमः aggressive in achieving the objectives. The bīja fulfills all
the four coveted desires – virtue (dharma), wealth and
prosperity (artha), worldly desires (kāma) and finally
liberation (mokṣa).

Salutations to Ūrdhvakeśī devi, who signifies great


ūm̐ ūrdhvakeśinyai ऊँ ऊर्ध्वकेशिन्यै excellence and greatness. Literally, She signifies the hair’s

namaḥ नमः end, meaning the epitome of power. Spiritually, the bīja is
associated with the rise of the Kuṇḍalini energy.

Salutations to Ṛddhidāyī devi, who is the goddess of


7 ṛm̐ ṛddhidāyai namaḥ ऋँ ऋद्धिदायै नमः everlasting Truth. She represents revelation and true dharma
(virtues), as well as pure bliss.

Salutations to Ṝkārā devi, who represents the mindless state


of consciousness. The realization of one’s own true self,
8 ṝm̐ ṝṣāyai namaḥ ॠँ ॠषायै नमः
beyond all distractions of the mind. She is the void of the
fullness and the plentitude of the being.

Salutations to Ḷkārā devi, who represents the stability of the


9 ḷm̐ ḷtāyai namaḥ ऌँ ऌतायै नमः void and the blissful state of liberation and the culmination
of all triads into the singular reality.

Salutations to Ḹkārā devi, who represents the complete


10 ḹm̐ ḹṣāyai namaḥ ॡँ ॡषायै नमः dissolution of the mind and the attainment of liberation. She
is the blissful void in a state of perfect stability.

11 em̐ ekapādāyai namaḥ एँ एकपादायै नमः Salutations to Ekapadā devi, who represents all the triads
that make up the Creation, such as the śakti-s (powers) icchā
(desire), kriyā (action) and jñāna (wisdom) etc. Is is also the
yoni bīja representing Creation, Sustenance and Destruction
and all other triads.

Salutations to Aiśvaryātmikā devi, who represents


aim̐ aiśvaryātmikāyai ऐ ँ ऐश्वर्यात्मिकायै abundance of fortune, not just in material terms but also in

namaḥ नमः spiritual aspects. This is also the Sarasvatī bīja representing
knowledge and all arts.

Salutations to Oṃkārā devi, who represents the ever pure


word and is simply consciousness descended in the form of

sound. It is the primordial sound that has emanated from the
Super-consciousness.

aum̐ uṣadhātmikāyai औ ँ औषधात्मिकायै Salutations to Auṣadhātmikā devi, who represents the

Salutations to Aṃbikā devi, who is the universal mother of


the entire Creation. She is the unblemished one and signifies

am aṃbikāyai namaḥ अँ अं बिकायै नमः completion and fulfillment. This letter is anusvarā or simply
bindu (dot), the singular reality and is also a representation
of the fulfillment of all desires.

Salutations to Aḥkṣarā devi, who is the constant, eternal and


unalterable reality. She is the unborn Brahman or super-

consciousness. This letter is visarga and represents
culmination and ecstasy in all its forms.

ग्रीवाकू पे विशु द्धौ स्वरदल कमले रक्तवर्णो त्रिने तर् ां श्री खट् वाङ्गं कपालं त्रिशिखमपि महाचर्म

सं धारयन्तीम् ।

वक्त्रेणै केन यु क्तां पशु जनभयदां पायसान्ने प्रसक्तां त्वक्स्थां वन्दे ऽमृ ताद्यै ः परिवृ त वपु षं डाकिनीं भावये त्ताम्

अथामृ तादि शक्तीनां डाकिनी सदृशं वपु ः ।


तत्समान्यायु धादीनि न्यास पूजन चिन्तने ॥

Meaning:- Salutations to the yogini Ḍākinī devi, who is located in the well of the throat as the

sixteen petalled lotus – viśuddha cakra, bearing each of the Sanskrit vowel mātṛkā-s on each

of the petals. She is red in complexion and terrific in appearance. She is three-eyed

(awakened ājñā – third eye cakra) each of which, are emitting lightning rays showing the

path to the Divinity in all the three realms. She is holding a club with a skull at the top

representing the kuṇḍalini awakening, a skull cup filled with blood representing the brain as

well as Her association with the act of Creation, a trident representing the triads manifested

in the entire Creation. She wears the skin of all living beings representing the skin of all

beings. She is also holding a sword and a shield to slash the ego and protect against all

negative influences. She is single headed signifying the approach to non-duality. She

invokes fear in all those who have animalistic behavioral tendencies. She is fond of sweet

rice puddings. She resides in us in the form of skin and also represents the ether (ākāśa)

element. She also permeates the nectar that can be experienced in deep meditation caused

by the cerebral fluids. Salutations to the wonderful Yogini Ḍākinī devi, on whom we meditate

for the activation of the throat cakra. She should be meditated upon with all the surrounding

mātṛkā śaktī-s with their weapons, in the sixteen petals of the viśuddha cakra.

Ḍākinī devi also represents the embryo formation with the trident indicating the sperm and

ova coming together and the infusion of the consciousness. She being the ether element, is

also indicative of the viśuddha cakra being the bridge between the gross elements

representing lower cakras and the subtle cakras above.

Khaṭvāṅga also represents letters such as ‘kha’, ‘cha’ etc. The throat viśuddha cakra

represents complete cleansing and excellence in speech.

hākinī (ājñācakra) [हाकिनी (आज्ञाचक् र)] -


The below Hākinī mantra should be recited with the focus on the third-eye (ājñā) cakra –

detrimental to us. The bīja-s hamalavarayūm̐ represent control over all natural elements and
a mighty resolve to dispel all karmas and ascend spiritually, with the blessings of the Divine
Yogini Hākinī devi. May the Divine Mother Yogini Hākinī Devi, who is extremely frightful in
appearance, come to us and provide complete protection and entice the eternal Truth to
pervade our mind and consciousness. May the marrow of our bones, be infused and
recharged with the zeal to pursue our goals and ascend spiritually. May the bīja-s aim̐, hrīm̐
and saḥ, provide knowledge, enhance our spiritual pursuits and increase compassion in us.
May the duality destroying Divine Mother Cāmuṇḍa devi come closer to us and provide us
the knowledge, leading to self-realization and liberation. The bīja-s ḍaralakasa and haim̐,
represented by the seven yoginis - Ḍākini, Rākini, Lākini, Kākini, Sākini, Hākini and Yākini,
provide control over our emotions, cleanse our karmas and lead us to self-realization and

Meaning:- Salutations to the yogini Hākinī Devi, who is located as the two petalled lotus –
ājñā (third-eye) cakra, bearing each of the Sanskrit consonant mātṛkā-s ham̐ and kṣam̐ on
each of the petals. She is white in complexion and terrific in appearance. She is six headed
signifying the mind along with the five naturally occurring elements, such as air, water, fire,
earth and ether, as well as the tanmātra-s such as sound, smell, touch, sight and taste, with
which we need to blend and balance, to progress on the path to Divinity. She is holding a
skull cup filled with blood, representing the mind and Her role in the aspect of Creation, a
lotus that represents the ascending consciousness that can lead us to the eternal Truth, a
book that holds all knowledge that can be described and a jñāna mudra representing the
ascencion of consciousness and deep spiritual understanding and knowledge. A drum
disseminating all the vibrations of different sound frequencies prevalent in the entire Creation
and a garland of letters representing all the mātṛkā-s. She pervades the bone marrow in the
bodies of all beings. She is surrounded by the mātṛkā śaktī-s Hamsavati and Kṣamāvati devi
in the two petalled lotus represented by the bīja-s ham̐ and kṣam̐. She vanquishes all our
karmas, grants pardon and grants us complete liberation. She also represents the subtle
mind over all the five naturally occurring elements. She relishes saffron rice. She is prayed

Meaning: The Divine Mother Haṃsavatī is white in complexion and is holding a trident to
pierce through all the triads manifested in the entire Creation and a wish bestowing vara
mudra granting the ultimate wish of liberation. Kṣamāvati Devi is holding a red garland of
letters representing all the mātṛkā śaktī-s and is also bestowing the benefits of all the mātṛkā
śaktī-s with Her dazzling hands.

Salutations to Umā devi, who signifies great


power and strength, as well as tender motherly

11 em̐ ekapadāyai एँ एकपदायै नमः Salutations to Ekapadā devi, who represents all
namaḥ the triads that make up the Creation, such as
the śakti-s (powers) icchā (desire), kriyā
(action) and jñāna (wisdom) etc. Is is also the
yoni bīja representing Creation, Sustenance
and Destruction and all other triads.

Salutations to Aiśvaryātmikā devi, who


aim̐ represents abundance of fortune, not just in

20 gham̐ घँ घण्टाकर्षिण्यै नमः Salutations to Ghaṇṭākarṣiṇī Vārāhī devi, who


ghaṇṭākarṣiṇyai represents sound and is the banisher of all
namaḥ enemies, internal and external. It is the subtle
sound that manifests the energy to dispel all
inimical forces. She is the karma cleanser who
expels the karmas from the physical, astral and
causal bodies.

Salutations to Ṅārnā devi, who represents


ṅam̐ ṅārṇāyai growth and complete development. She
21 ङँ ङार्णायै नमः
namaḥ signifies identification with the True Self and not
with the individual body and mind.

Salutations to Caṇḍikā devi, who signifies

49 हँ हम्सवत्यै नमः bīja in the word ‘aham’ representing the ego or
namaḥ
the individual self, beginning with ‘a’, the
creation and ending with ‘ham’ the liberation
and merging with the True Self.

50 kṣam̐ kṣamāvatyai क्षँ क्षमावत्यै नमः Salutations to Kṣamāvatī devi, who represents
the dissolution of all karmas through the Divine
grace and pardon. She leads and grants us
namaḥ liberation. The complete energization of the
Ājñā and the Sahasrāra cakras is realized at
this point.

Salutations to the yogini Hākinī devi, who is located as the thousand petalled lotus –
sahasrāra (crown) gateway, bearing each of the Sanskrit consonant mātṛkā-s am̐ to kṣam̐ on
each of the petals in multiple layers. She is of multiple complexions and represents all colors
and is also terrific and clean shaven at the top, by appearance. She is infinite headed
signifying the super-consciousness Itself. She is holding every possible weapon that is
prevalent in the entire Creation and constitutes the garland of letters representing all the
mātṛkā-s and every knowledge that there is to be known and experienced. She pervades the
bodily and reproductive essence in the bodies of all beings. She is surrounded by the mātṛkā
śaktī-s Amṛtā to Kṣamāvati devi in the thousand petalled lotus represented by the bīja-s am̐
to kṣam̐ on multiple layers. She reveals all the secrets of the Creation, fulfills wishes,
removes negativities, vanquishes all our karmas, grants pardon and grants us complete
liberation. She relishes all types of food. She is prayed to, by all the celestials. Salutations to
the wonderful Yogini Yākinī devi on whom we meditate for the activation of the Sahasrāra
(crown) gateway. She should be meditated upon with all the surrounding mātṛkā śaktī-s with
their weapons, in the thousand petals of the Sahasrāra (crown) gateway.

yoginīmātṛkā nyāsaḥ (योगिनीमातृ का न्यासः)


This nyāsa is for obtaining the grace of all yoginī-s (mystical angels) manifested in the body
cakra-s, fused with the powers of the mātṛkā-s, in order to obtain all our material and spiritual
desires and progress in the path of self-realization and attain liberation. There are separate
nyāsa-s for each yogini that are recommended to energize the cakra-s and regulate the flow
of the kuṇḍalini in our body.
Viniyogaḥ (विनियोगः) -
yoginī mātṛkā mantrasya ।
dakṣiṇāmūrtiḥ ṛṣiḥ ।
gāyatrī chandaḥ ।
yoginī rūpā śrī sundarī devata ।

Meaning:- To fulfill our wish of reciting the ṣoḍhānyāsa, that is a part (aṅga) of śrī vidyā,
who’s preceptor (ṛṣiḥ) is Dakṣiṇāmūrti. The meter or chandas is Gāyatrī. The deity
associated with this mantra is Śrī mātṛkā yoginī Rūpā Sundarī (One who governs all the
deities associated with the Sanskrit letters that govern the guṇas or qualities such as sattva
(gentle), rajas (passion) and tamas (violent) manifested in the form of Yogini-s, mystical
fairies with magical powers, who are also attendants of the Divine Mother Lalitā devi.

Meaning:- Let us meditate upon the Divine angels - Yoginī-s, who range in complexion from
bright to dark like the waxing and waning phases of the moon and crimon red like the sun, as
well as shades of brown, clear bright and yellow. They are four armed with similar facial
features and are bedecked with precious ornaments of all types and hues.
Mantra bīja explanations – Some of the commonly used bīja-s in the Yoginī mantras are
explained below.

The bīja “yūm̐”, represents the nivṛtti bīja, signifying rest


or repose of the mind on the soul (ātma), without any
inhibitions and thoughts. The bīja “yūm̐”, also consists of
the bīja-s “ya” and “ūm̐”. The bīja “ya”, signifies the air
6 yūm̐ यूँ (vāyu) element and is the essential breath (prāṇa) that is
required for survival. The bīja “ūm̐”, signifies the mātṛkā
devi ūrdhvakeśī, signifying excellence and greatness
and also the power of expulsion of all attachments and
inhibitions, to unite with the Divine.

हैं । उन गृ हों में लोकाचार ही प्रधान है तथा जिन्हें परिज्ञान (पराज्ञान) नहीं है वह मं तर् उपदे ष्टा हैं । हे दे वी ! सं सार के बं धनों से
मु क्ति दिलाने वाला मे रा प्रबु द्ध मं तर् सभी सिद्धियों को दे नेवाला है । ऐसे सिद्धिप्रदाता मं तर् के रहते सं देह का क्या कारण है

दे व्यु वाच
भूतनाथ महाभाग हृदये मे कृपां कुरु ।
कथ्यतां कथ्यतां दे व यतस्ते से विका, वयम् ॥

भावार्थः दे वी बोलीं, हे भूतों (जीवों) के स्वामी ! हे महाभाग ! आप मु झ पर कृपा करें । मैं आपकी दासी हं ू ।

ईश्वरोवाच
सु भगे श्रण ृ ु मे मातः कृपाय कथयामि ते ।
प्रथमे डाकिनी बीजं यु वती षोडशाक्षरम् ॥
अं आं इं ईं उं ऊं ऋं ऋं लृं एं ऐं ओं औं अं अः ॥
डाकिनी दे व-दे वस्य ईरितं बीजमु त्तमम् ॥
आद्यं त पु टिंट कृत्वा मं तर् ं लक्षं जपे द ् यदि ।

भावार्थः हे दे वी ! मैं कृपा करके सर्वप्रथम यौवना षोडशाक्षरी डाकिनी बीज मं तर् बताता हं ू । तु म ध्यानपूर्वक श्रवण करो ।
ॐ अं आं इं ईं उं ऊं ऋं ऋं ऋं एं ऐं ओं औं अं अः यह १६ अक्षरों का डाकिनी बीजमं तर् है , जो दे वताओं को भी अभीष्ट की
प्राप्ति कराता है । मं तर् के आदि-अं त में सं पुटन दे कर एक लाख बार जाप करने से मं तर् सिद्ध होता है । मे रा यह कथन असत्य
नहीं है । हे दे वी ! अब चमत्कारी राकिनी बीज मं तर् का श्रवण करो । इसका एक बार उच्चारण करने से ही त्रेतायु ग भी सत्ययु ग
में परिवर्तित हो जाता है । राकिनी बीज मं तर् है कं खं गं घं ङं चं छं जं झं ञं । तु म्हारे प्रति स्ने ह होने के कारण ही मैं ने यह
बीजमं तर् उजागर किए हैं ।

टं ठं डं ढं णं तं थं दं धं नं दशकं परमे श्वरी ।


इति ते कथितं भक्त्या लाकिनी बीज निर्णयम् ।
अधु ना सं पर् वक्ष्यामि काकिनी सिद्धि दायिनीम् ॥
पं फं बं भं मं यं रं लं अष्टार्णः वीर वंदिते ।
कथितं काकिनी बीजं चतु र्वर्ग फलप्रदम् ॥

भावार्थः हे परमे श्वरी ! टं ठं डं ढं णं तं थं दं धं नं यह १० अक्षरों का लाकिनी बीजमं तर् है । अब धर्म, अर्थ, काम, मोक्षदाता
अष्टाक्षरी काकिनी बीजमं तर् सु नो । वह इस प्रकार है - पं फं बं भं मं यं रं लं ।

अधु नां सं पर् वक्ष्यामि सु भगे श्रण ृ ु शाकिनीम् ।


वं शं षं सं चतु र्थवर्णं वां छितार्थप्रदं प्रिये ।
इदं तु शाकिनी-बीज चतु र्वर्ग प्रदायकम् ॥
अधु ना सं पर् वक्ष्यामि सु भगे श्रण ृ ु हाकिनीम् ।
हं लं क्षं हाकिनी-बीजं श्रण ृ ु सिद्धि-प्रदायकम् ॥
अं आं इं ईं उं ऊं ऋं ऋं लृं एं ऐं ओं औं अं अः ।
षोडशार्णं महाबीजं सत्वमध्ये प्रकीर्तितम् ॥

भावार्थः हे सुं दरी ! अब शाकिनी मं तर् कहता हू सु नो । वं शं षं सं यह चार वर्णों का मं तर् शाकिनी बीजमं तर् है जो धर्म, अर्थ,
काम मोक्षदाता है । इसी तरह हं लं क्षं तीन वर्णी यह बीजमं तर् डाकिनी दे वी का है जो शीघ्र ही सिद्धि प्रदान करता है । अं आं
इं ईं उं ऊं ऋं ऋं लृं लृं एं ऐं ओं औं अं अः १६ अक्षर का यह मं तर् सत्व स्वरूपपिणी दे वी का मं तर् है जो सभी प्रकार की सिद्धियां
प्रदान करता है ।

रजस्वरूपिणी बीजं शीघ्रसिद्धि प्रदायकम् ।


कं खं गं घं ङं चं छं जं झं ञं टं ठं डं ढं णं तं थं ।
इदं सप्तदशार्णं हि रजोमध्ये प्रकीर्तितम् ॥

भावार्थः हे दे वी ! अब १७ वर्ण का रजः स्वरूपिणी दे वी का मं तर् सु नो जो शीघ्र ही सिद्धियां प्रदान करता करता है । यथाः कं
खं गं घं ङं चं छं जं झं ञं टं ठं डं ढं णं तं थं ।

रम्यं तमोमयी बीज अधु ना ते वदाम्यहम् ।


दं धं नं पं फं बं भं मं यं रं लं वं शं षं सं हं लं क्षं ।
इदं अष्ट दशार्णं हि तमोमध्ये उदाह्रतम् ॥

भावार्थः हे दे वी ! अब तमोगु णी बीजमं तर् सु नो । इसमें १८ वर्ण हैं । यथा दं धं नं पं फं बं भं मं यं रं लं वं शं षं सं हं लं क्षं ।

अधु ना सं पर् वक्ष्यामि मातृ का बीजमद्‌भुतम् ।


इदं पं चाशदर्णं हि मातृ काया प्रकीर्तितम् ॥

भावार्थः हे दे वी ! अब मातृ का बीज कहता हं ू । अं से क्षं तक पचास वर्ण ही मातृ का बीज मं तर् है ।

अनु लोमविलोमे न पु टिकृत्य जपं चरे त् ।


लक्षं यावन्महे शानि ततः सिद्धौ न सं शयः ।
् र्ष्ट गु रुरित्यं क्षर द्वयम् ॥
गु रुबीजं समु ददि

भावार्थः हे दे वी ! इष्टदे व के मं तर् के साथ ही मातृ का बीजमं तर् का लोम-विलोम एक लाख बार जाप करने से सभी प्रकार की
सिद्धियां हस्तगत हो जाती हैं ।
गु रु- यह द्विअक्षरी मं तर् ही गु रु बीजमं तर् कहलाता है ।

डाकिनी राकिनी दे वि लाकिनी काकिनी ततः ।


शाकिनी हाकिनी सं ज्ञा सत्व-रूपा ततः प्रिये ।
रजोरूपा तमोरूपा मातृ का रूपिणी गु रुः ॥
एतास्तु परमे शानी मृ र्त्तिः पं चाशदक्षरम् ।
डाकिनी च महादे वि अणिमा सिद्धि दायिनी ॥
शाकिनी लघिमा सिद्धिदायिनी लाकिनी तथा ।
प्राप्ति सिद्धिदायिनी च काकिनी काम्यदायिनी ॥
शाकिनी माहिमा सिद्धि हाकिनी ततः ।
कामावशायिता सिद्धि जपादे व प्रयच्छति ॥

भावार्थः हे पार्वती ! डाकिनी, राकिनी, लाकिनी, काकिनी, शाकिनी, हाकिनी सतोगु णी दे वियां हैं । इनके अतिरिक्त रजोगु णी,
तमोगु णी व मातृ का रूप व ग्रुरु आदि सब पचासाक्षर ही मूर्ति हैं । हे दे वी ! डाकिनी दे वी अणिमा सिद्धि प्रदान करती है ,
राकिनी व लाकिनी लघिमा और काम्यफल प्रदान करती हैं । जबकि काकिनी प्राप्तिरूप सिद्धि दे नेवाली व शाकिनी महिमा
सिद्धि प्रदान करती है । हाकिनी काम्यकर्म, वशीकरण आदि की सिद्धि प्रदान करती है ।

सत्वरूपा तमोरूपा रजोरूपा तथै व च ।


एताश्चै व महादे वि चतु र्वर्ग ददं ति हि ॥
पं चाशद्वर्णरूपा या निर्वाणं सा ददाति हि ।
ग्रुरुर्ददाति सकलं ब्रह्मांड ज्ञानमव्ययम्।
इति ते कथितं भक्या डाकिन्यादि विनिर्णयम् ॥

भावार्थः हे महादे वी ! सतोगु णी, रजोगु णी व तमोगु णी दे वियां चारों पदार्थ (धर्म, अर्थ, काम, मोक्ष) प्रदान करती हैं ।५० वर्णींय
मातृ का दे वी मोक्ष दे ती है । गु रु से ब्रह्मांड का ज्ञान प्राप्त होता है । तु म्हारी श्रद्धाके कारण ही मैं ने डाकिनी आदि का वर्णन
किया है ।

डाकिनी राकिनी चै व लाकिनी काकिनी तथा ।


शाकिनी डाकिनी दे वी वर्णानामं तर् दे वता ।

भावार्थः हे दे वीः डाकिनी, राकिनी, लाकिनी, काकिनी, शाकिनी, हाकिनी वर्णमं तर् की दे वता हैं ।

गु णानां सिद्धि वर्णानां षडे ते अधिदे वताः ।


डाकिनादे विना ज्ञानं वर्णे वर्णे पृ थक् पृ थक् ॥
अज्ञानात् प्रजपे न्मं तर् ं डाकिन्यादे श्च भक्षणम् ।
विना वर्ण परिज्ञानम् कोटि पु रश्चरणे न किम् ॥
तस्य सर्वं भवे द ् दुःखमरण्ये रोदा नं यथा ।
ृ ु ध्यानं प्रवक्ष्यामि डाकिनीनां शु चिस्मिते ॥
श्रण

भावार्थः हे पार्वती ! सिद्धिप्रदाता वर्णों के उपरोक्त छह अधिदे व हैं । प्रत्ये क वर्ण का अलग-अलग जाप करने से उस मं तर् का
डाकिनी भक्षण कर ले ती है । इन अधिदे वों के अभाव में करोडों पु रश्चरण किए जाएं तो वह भी निष्फल ही सिद्ध होते हैं । यही
कारण है कि जं गल में रुदन करने के समान ही मं तर् जापक दुख भोगता है । हे सुं दरी ! अब तु म डाकिनी आदि की ध्यान विधि
एकाग्र होकर सु नो ।

शरच्चं दर् प्रतीकाशां द्विभु जां लोल लोचनाम् ।


सिं दरू तिलकोद्दीप्त अजं नां जित लोचनाम् ॥
कृष्णांबर परिधानां नाना लं कार भूषिताम् ।
ध्याये च्छशिमु खीं नित्या डाकिनीं मं तर् सिद्धये ॥

भावार्थः हे पार्वती ! मं तर् सिद्धि के लिए डाकिनी दे वी का ध्यान करते समय भावना करनी चाहिए कि वह दे वी शरत्‌काल के
चं दर् मा के समान शु भर् , दो भु जाओंवाली हैं । उनके ने तर् सुं दर हैं । ललाट पर सिं दरू का तिलक शोभायमान है । ने तर् ों में अं जन
लगा है । दे वी काले वस्त्र पहने हुए हैं तथा अने क प्रकार के आभूषण उनके अं गों पर सु शोभित हैं ।

अरुणादित्य सं काशां द्विभु जां मृ गलोचनाम् ।


सिं दरू तिलकोद्दीप्त अं जनां जित लोचनम् ॥
शु क्लांबर परिधानां नाना भरण भूषिताम् ।
ध्याये च्छशिमु खीं नित्यं राकिनीं मं तर् सिद्धये ॥

भावार्थः इसी प्रकार राकिनी दे वी का ध्यान करते समय भावना करनी चाहिए कि उनकी आभा बाल सूर्य (नवोदित सूर्य) के समान
है , दो भु जाओं, मृ गी के ने तर् ों जै से नयनोंवाली दे वी के ललाट पर सिं दरू का तिलक शोभायमान है । उनके ने तर् ों में अं जन लगा
है । दे वी श्वे त वस्त्र पहने हुए हैं तथा अने क प्रकार के आभूषण उनके अं गों पर सु शोभित हैं । वह दे वी चं दर् मु खी हैं । इस प्रकार
ध्यान करने से मं तर् की सिद्धि होती है ।

सिं दरू वर्ण सं काशां द्विभु जां खं जने क्षणाम् ।


सिं दरू तिलकोद्दीप्तं अं जनां जित लोचनाम् ॥
शु क्लांबर परिधानां नानालं कार भूषिताम् ।
ध्याये च्छशिमु खीं नित्यं लाकिनीं मं तर् सिद्धये ॥

भावार्थः लाकिनी दे वी का ध्यान करते समय भावना करनी चाहिए कि दे वी का वर्ण रक्तिम है , दो भु जाएं हैं , खं जन पक्षी के ने तर् ों
के समान उनके ने तर् हैं । दे वी ने श्वे त वस्त्र पहन रखे हैं तथा अं गों पर अने क प्रकार के आभूषण सु शोभित हैं । उनका मु ख
चं दर् मा के समान है ।

यवा यावक सं काशां द्विभु जां खं जने क्षणाम् ।


सिं दरू तिलकोद्दीप्त अं जनां जित लोचनाम् ॥
शु क्लांबर परिधानां नाना भरण भूषिताम् ।
ध्याये च्छशिमु खीं नित्यं काकिनीं मं तर् सिद्धये ॥

भावार्थः काकिनी दे वी का ध्यान करते समय भावना करनी चाहिए कि दे वी का वर्ण आलता सदृश है , दो भु जाएं हैं , खं जन पक्षी के
ने तर् सम दे वी के ने तर् हैं , ललाट पर सिं दरू का तिलक शोभयमान है । ने तर् ों में अं जन लगा है । श्वे त वस्त्र पहने हुए दे वी
विभिन्न आभूषणों से अलं कृत हैं तथा उनका मु ख चं दर् मा के समान है । इस रूप में ध्यान करने से दे वी सिद्धि प्रदान करती हैं ।

शु क्लज्योतिः प्रतीकाशां द्विभु जां मृ गलोचनाम् ।


सिं दरू तिलकोद्दीप्त अं जनां जित लोचनाम् ॥
कृष्णांबर परिधानां नाना अलं कार भूषिताम् ।
ध्याये च्छशिमु खीं नित्यं शाकिनीं मं तर् सिद्धये ॥

भावार्थः शाकिनी दे वी का ध्यान करते समय भावना करनी चाहिए कि दे वी का वर्ण श्वे त ज्योति के समान है । दो भु जाएं हैं ।
ने तर् मृ गी के ने तर् ों जै से हैं । ललाट पर सिं दरू का तिलक शोभायमान है । ने तर् ों में अं जन लगा है । काले वस्त्र पहने दे वी
विभिन्न आभूषणों से अलं कृत हैं । मु ख चं दर् मा के समान है । इस प्रकार दे वी का ध्यान करने से मं तर् की सिद्धि होती है ।

शु क्ल कृष्णारुणाभासां द्विभु जां लोल लोचनाम् ।


भ्रमद् भ्रमर सं काशां कुटिलालक कुंतलाम् ॥
सिं दरू तिलकोद्दीप्त अं जनां जित् लोचनाम् ।
रक्तवस्त्र परिधानां शु क्ल वस्त्रोत्तरीयिणीम् ।
ध्याये च्छशिमु खीं नित्यं हाकिनीं मं तर् सिद्धये ॥

भावार्थः हाकिनी दे वी का ध्यान करते समय भावना करनी चाहिए कि दे वी का वर्ण ते जोमय श्वे त-श्याम व रक्तिम है , दो भु जाएं
हैं , ने तर् सुं दर हैं । मधु रस का पान करते भ्रमरों के समान जिनकी केशराशि है । ललाट पर सिं दरू का तिलक शोभायमान है ।
ने तर् ों में अं जन लगा है । दे वी रक्तिम वस्त्र पहने हुए हैं जिन पर श्वे त वर्ण का उत्तरीय (दुपट् टा) है । चं दर् म्मा के समान
मु खवाली हाकिनी दे वी का ध्यान करने से मं तर् सिद्धि होती है ।

मिलाकर मु ख्य 51 ही मूर्तियाँ होती है ।जिसमे गु रु का बीज मं तर् "गु रु"सबद ही है ।इसमें डाकिनी अणिमा सिद्धि,राकिनी
लघिमा सिद्धि,लाकिनी कामय सिद्धि,कालिनी प्राप्ति सिद्धि एवं शाकिनी महिमा सिद्धि प्रदान करने वाली है ।
हाकिनी से काम्यकर्म एवं ।वशीकरण जै सी सिद्धि प्राप्त होती है ।इसके अतिरिक्त मातृ कां बिज मं तर् का अनु लोम-विलोम
रूप से 250000 जाप करने से सभी प्रकार की सिद्धियाँ प्राप्त होती है ।ये तीनो दे वियो से धर्म,अर्थ,काम एवं मोक्ष की
प्राप्ति होती है वही गु रु बीज मं तर् से ब्रह्मांडीय ज्ञान की प्राप्ति होती है ।

पौत्राणिक ग्रंथो में 33 कोटि बताई गई है जिनको सिद्ध करना मु मकिन नहीं लगता या फिर इस मं तर् विद्या के 50
अक्षरो को सिद्ध करना चाहिए जिससे स्वयं मं तर् बनाने की शक्ति प्राप्त हो जाती है ।तं तर् जगत में डाकिनियो के रूप को
