    INFORMATION

    The Undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses BBB of violation of Article 266
    pa 2 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

    That on January 17, 2018, in Makati City, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this
    Honorable Court, the accused BBB, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
    feloniously, attack, assault and use personal violence upon his daughter AAA, by
    then and there forcibly grabbing her on her shoulders, thereby inflicting upon
    AAA: contusions on her arms and shoulders.

    CONTRARY TO LAW.

    Makati City, Philippines, January 23, 2018.
