repair shutdown.(June 18 to November 18)
UPPCL POWER PROJECT 660 MW-HARDUAGANJ-ALIGARH-(Dec 18 onwards)--E&I work of TG and
water system of plant(design review,project control ,Schedule,contract& cost management of project)
Estimation of Plant Electrical Load. Development of Single Line Diagrams (SLD). Control
Schematics for Power Feeder, Motor Feeder, Transformer Feeder.
Selection and Sizing of Electrical Equipments. Cable Tray routing layout, schedule selection and
sizing. System Studies and Calculation i.e. Short Circuit Analysis (Fault Calculations and Stability
Studies), Load Flow Analysis, Motor Starting Study, Harmonics Study, dc battery and battery
charger, AC UPS.
Relay Coordination of entire plant with HV / MV / LV substation/ power generation side, Earthing
& Lightening Protection Design, Sub-Station design. Electrical Equipment/System Specification.
Handling of ETAP,AUTOCAD AND PHOTOLUX,SKM power tool for electrical designing, For
different calculation and design aspects, substation IEC 61850 consideration while automation
and communication point of view.
Co-ordinate with other departments (Piping, Structural & Instrument) for clash checking with
cable ladder, lighting & equipment.
Layouts pertaining to: lighting, conduit, cabling, floor trunking, earthing, lightning protection,
cable tray, General Arrangement, Cable calculation, Trench sizing.
Guiding Engg. For preparation of Tender, bill of material requested for purchase and preparation
for purchase order.
Maintaining records of drawings and documents in systematic way for reference.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project integration management from initial to closing lifecycle as per my experience and and
expertise used by management at different stages of project.
Defining the scope of project involved and time to time to update it as per completion, revision,
modification and some change request by consultation by client/consultant.
Tracking the schedule by automated tools and also involve PERT/CPA so that we never going to hit
the baseline in any situation.
Cost Management of the E&I as per resource ,deliverables and consequent conflict between other
functionaries.
Aware of Inclination. interest and change and technology which reduce the down time before
problem and constraints craving to hit the baseline.
Participate in preparation of project charter. Identify all project milestone deliverables for all CPs.
Conduct CP & MSD workshop for de-briefing to the project team and assist with required
information to CM for project management.
Execute Project change management ( PCR ) procedure for changes requested by customer, with
respective additional requirement or changes in contract terms. Execute & manage deviation
management procedure.
Prepare a detailed interaction matrix between customer and site employees . Interaction matrix
would include the position, authorized persons for sharing information, nature of interaction,
frequency, and review mechanism and control the communication management so that only
referred persons having requisite impact on the project.
Prepare review calendar in mutual agreement with customer/TPI ,project manager & KAM.
Prepare plan for visit to include agenda/itinerary, list of visitors and accompanying personnel, ,
schedule, and MOM format including list of stake holders. Ensure closure of observations from
visit and escalate pending points to relevant functions.
Co-ordinate with Project Team for Punch point list closure. Get all the performance test getting
successfully completed ( through OMS and WR) and complete the reporting .Co ordinate with
customer for STPT/HOTO/ PCGT /Training and project closure. Getting all MVAC and WCC signed
by customers representative on time and arrange to submit all documents required.
Plan for compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements and Ensure to intimate the customer
and related agencies in HO on status of compliance

B.Tech. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering from RKGIT, Ghaziabad, UPTU in 2009 with
67.5% marks.
12th from T.V.N, Varanasi, C.B.S.E. Board in 2002 with 70.4% marks.
10th from MSVM, Siwan, C.B.S.E. Board with in 2000, 90.6% marks.
15 days training program for various controls & Automation used in Sofcon, Delhi, organized by
RKGIT, GZBD.
6 days training program for controls & Automation used in Steel Plant, organized by fox control
(Siemens).

3RD year internship for 45 days of switchyard of NTPC, Shaktinagar.
