Amanda Oyler is a civil engineering student at the University of Maryland expected to graduate in May 2022. She has worked as a camp counselor and lifeguard at Deer Valley YMCA and as a sales associate at Blush Boutique. Her internship experience includes shadowing occupational and physical therapists at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Oyler led a sub-team that integrated pump and sensor systems on an autonomous robot for a water collection mission project. She also conducted research on farm worker health and safety as well as the effects of pesticides. Oyler is involved with her sorority, as a section leader for an honors program, and as an ambassador for the University Honors Program.
