    Hugot Battle

    1. The event is open to all bona fide students of the College of Business Administration
    and Accountancy in MSU Main enrolled during the 2 nd semester of the Academic
    Year 2016-2017.
    2. A maximum of one (1) entry per department is allowed.
    3. Each submission must be in video format playable by VLC Media Player or Windows
    Media Player. For a complete set of file formats, please refer to the About or Help
    portion of the two Windows applications, or visit their official websites.
    4. Each submission must be between three (3) to five (5) minutes in duration. A
    deduction of two (2) points per second shall be the penalty for under timed and over
    timed videos.
    5. Hugot lines and dialogue may be continuous in storyline (a.k.a. continuous sagutan)
    or independently constructed.
    6. There shall be no limit on the number of persons appearing in the videos.
    7. Only students of the department must be the primary and prominent characters in
    the videos.
    8. Cuss words or expletives of any form or language, rude gestures and the like shall
    not be allowed. Violation of this rule shall be grounds for automatic disqualification.
    9. Hugot battle videos shall be judged according to the following criteria

    Humor 20%
    Originality and creativity 20%
    Sensibility and relatability 20%
    Manner and style 10%
    Rhythm and rhyme 10%
    Video and Audio Quality 10%
    Audience impact 10%
    100%
