VALVES
Autel offer a wide range of valves from from ¾” to 3”. Autel’valves are
characterized by a quick opening which allows in a short time a high jet
and a reduced air consumption. All that is obtained thanks to a deep te-
chnological study of the internal geometrical characteristics and
diaphragm, the key componet for valve performance. All that guarantees
a quick openings and closures and a working for over a million of shots.

BULKHEAD CONNECTOR VALVES
General Description
These fittings are used to connect in a simple and sure way the valve tube with the blow tube. The connection is
realized through the valve wall. Its use ensures high energy and materials savings, avoiding the welding costs.
Bulkhead connectors are built in diecast aluminium and they are completed with NBR gaskets, able to be used
up to 100°C.
For temperatures up to 200°C or aggressive media, a re also available VITON gaskets.
The bulkhead connector is available in 3 sizes, which correspond to the size of the internal holes: 1”,1”1/2, 2”.

SIMPLE PILOT VALVES - SPV PILOT BOX
General description
The SPV ( Simple Pilot Valves ) is the new generation of pilots box painted aluminium usable for controlling
pneumatic valves. The box can be provided from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 12 pilots.
Optionally it can be provided with a heating system, making it possible the use even with ambient temperature
till -40°C.
It is usually combined with an economizer Ecomatic: electrical impulses coming from the instrument command
in sequence coils placed in the box and activate the pneumatic pilot. Each pilot is connected via Rilsan tube to
the upper chamber of the valve of the tank and at each pulse commands the pneumatic valve.
This box are provided of M20 cable gland for the input power supply and of two M16 cable glands for output
command.
It’s possible to demand a greater number of cable glands or special cable glands, according to customer
according to customer specification.
The modularity and versatility combined ECOMATIC—SIMPLE PILOT VALVES is the perfect solution for
any type of filtration plant.

Autel assemblies pressurised “traditional” air tanks , suitable for being

used with our coupling or threaded valves; or integrated tanks, suitable
for being used with our integrated valves. All models are available with
4”, 5”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” and with flat or threaded exit tubes (BSP). The

General Description
Header tanks PED/GOST certified.
These header tanks use high-performance valves that are fixed to the blow pipe
through welding process. Different models of valves can be mounted on different
types of header tanks.The welding of the body as well the one of the blow pipe en-
sures a perfect shot of the valve and avoids any kind of air loss. Moreover , in ca-
se of failure, it possible to replace just the diaphragm and/or the spring just scre-
wing out the cover, instead of extracting the entire valve from the tank. This proce-
dure allows to keep the certification of the header tank, which it might loose its va-
lidity in case of one or more valve were extracted.

These tanks are used with high efficency integrated valves giving high reliability and effectiveness.
The tanks are tested at 12 bar pressure with 8 bar max working pressure. The tank length and the
pitch dimensions are custom on customer needs and high volumes are available connecting more
tanks. The integrated valves can be controlled both from direct pilots and remote pilots. The integrated
valves assembling is very simple: only two coaxial hole are required. These tanks are available in
several sizes: 6” with 1” valves , 8” with 1 1/2“ valves and 10” with 2” valves.

The range of Autel’s electronic control devices is wide enough to satisfy the demands both of
small and big dimensions plants. Autel makes three models of cyclical Timers: The economic
and compact timer Mod. STR-REC, the cyclical economic generators GC and the single-exit
TC. The reliable STR-REC are compact and available from a minimun of 2 to a maximum of 6
exits, but they can be extended through REC expansion (remote expansion control), thus they
are suitable for being used in small and medium dimensions plants. The cyclical generators GC
have been planned for the continuous and sequencial control and they allow the layout of the
pause and working times through graduated grips. This device can be supplied in different
models which can control from a minimun of 2 to a maximun of 96 electrovalves, so that they
can be used both in small and in big dimensions plants. For very big plants, Autel can build, on
demand, expansions which allow the timers to control more than 96 electrovalves. The cyclical
generator TC is a very simple and reliable single-exit timer, which has been planned for the
direct application on the valve to be driven. Autel advices to use Ecomatic, planned for the
intelligent piloting of the filtration plants, which allows a saving in terms of energetic
consumption of the compressed-air in filters These devices are able to pilot the electrovalves
and they include a differencial pressure gauge . This latter allows the direct control of the
obstruction degree of the filter and it allows the cleaning process only when and where it is
necessary. This intelligent device is able to recognise the outputs in which a load is applied ,
thus it can command automatically and directly only the exits effectively used. This device can
be supplied in different models and it can control from a min. of 2 to a max. of 96 electrovalves,
thus it can be used both in small and in big dimensions plants. On demand, it is possible to
applied to the Ecomatic expansion modules in order to guarantee the control of more than 96
electrovalves, thus being used in bigger dimensions plants .

General Description
The ECOMATIC Economizers, planned for the management of filtration systems, built-in
differential pressure gauge able to control the filter level of obstruction. The device will command
only outputs connected to a load and the sequence will be automatically regulated. The
differential pressure measuring device will start the cycle-generator only when necessary. The
start and end washing pressure, post-cleaning pressure, alarm pressure and pause-times,
operation time and post-cleaning time are adjustable through 3 keys and 3-digits display.

General Descrption
The GC sequential timers are electronic instruments comprising a microprocessor card designed to
control solenoid valves for filtration systems. These devices command only the outputs connected to a
load and the sequence will be automatically regulated. Two knobs with a graduated scale enable the
user to set the pause time and the operation time. On request they can also be equipped with a post-
cleaning input.
The duration of the post-cleaning cycle is variable (up to 30 min) and it can be set by means of a third
potentiometer mounted on the frontal panel of the board. The device is equipped with LEDs to display
activation of outputs, pause phases and power on.
All sequential timers are designed with AC solenoid valve outputs; the output stage comprises triacs
with zero-crossing activation/deactivation to reduce disturbance. Versions are available on request with
transistor type output stages for solenoid valves with 24 V dc operating voltage. Each model is
supplied with a polycarbonate enclosure with transparent lids and IP56 protection rating.

General Description
The TC 1 cyclic timer is a very simple and versatile programmable switch with
contained dimensions. Within the ambit of the air filtering systems it can be used
in different applications, such as:
- to control electric drive valves in small dimension plants;
- to start up the control solenoid valve in the tanks assigned to the store broken;
- to download the condensate in the tanks provided with electric drive drain valve.
The adjustment of the working and the pause time occurs through two grips.
During the operating phase a green LED lights up, during the pause phase a
yellow LED lights up. The timer is provided with a TEST pushbutton, which
allows to check its right operation.

Autel makes different models of differential pressure gauges DPF which can be
optimized for the correct measuring in the different working conditions. All that is
obtained through a temperature sensor allowing the instrument to make an off-
setting of the zero-pressure reading in function of the room temperature, ensuring
reliability and precision of the pressure reading. The series of differential gauges
DPF includes the economic differential “blind” manometer DPF1C and DPF4-20,
the compact models DPF15 and DPF15-R, the versatile and programmable DPF20
which can be used in the most complicated situations and the sophisticated
DPF20REG which allows the measuring, displaying and controlling of the
differential pressure through the PID regulator. Moreover, this latter has the
possibility to guide an outer device (like an inverter or a modulator), in order to
keep the pressure to a constant and pre-formulated value by the aspiration channel

The DPF15 is a differential manometer managed by a microprocessor with high-brightness display
to 3-digit. Reliable, compact, digital, multifunctional and competitive price respect to the analog
indicators. It is equipped with internal sensor of temperature, for the optimisation of the measure of
the pressure measurement in different operating conditions.
The sensor of temperature enables the instruments to perform a zero-pressure compensation of the
reading in relation to the environmental temperature, making them extremely reliable and accurate.
The DPF15 have also the feature of an hour-counter capable of counting operation hours only when
the pressure measured exceeds a threshold set by the user. There is also an alarm relay that
switch when the pressure displayed is above a threshold pre-set by the user. The instrument is ideal

General Description
The DPFREG20 digital indicator is a device for measuring, displaying and controlling ( by means of PID
regulator) differential pressure. The measurement precision is optimised by compensation on the basis of the
temperature.
The pressure is controlled by a modulated output signal which may be analog (4-20 mA) or digital (ON-OFF
type).
The instrument has the capability for piloting a remote device – such as an adjustable frequency drive
(inverter) or a valve – in order to mantain the preassure measured by the sensor inside the instrument constant
at a preset value (the preassure set-point identified by L). The device also contains a temperature sensor
capable of measuring the temperature of the instrument; this can be shown on the display if selected. The
instrument also has 3 relay outputs used respectively for opening and closing a valve and for signaling a
maximum pressure alarm. The LEDs on the instrument`s front panel indicate whether or not each of the 3
relays is activated.
The instrument is programmable: the keypad on the front panel allows display of the values of the various

PDP-2 is a digital manometer managed by a microprocessor with liquid crystals hint.
The compactness and manageability of this device allow measurements in fan plants, measurements

Description:
PVF-2 is a digital manometer managed by a microprocessor with liquid crystals hint.
The compactness and manageability of this device allow measurements in fan plants, me-
asurements of the combustion air emission from the chimney;
Furthermore it allows measuring the degree of obstruction in filters and fluids velocity
(when it is connected to a Pitot tube or by means of the K factor).
The measurement and hint of the displayed values occur continuously with the clue “-“ for
negative values. The zero point can be adjusted by switch compounding . The supply co-
mes from a couple of battery type AA, 1,5 V each (normally for sale) and after a program-
mable time the device turns off automatically. A clue has been foreseen in order to give a
warning of unloaded battery.

General description
The differential measurer MVP-2 is a device for measuring, displaying and pressure controlling, range and speed.
The device has an isolated analogy output 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA or 0-5V / 0-10V (on demand) that can function as
transmitter for a controller of remote process.
It is possible to program the pressure values which corresponds to minimum and to maximum of the linear scale of the
output analogy signal and it is possible to associate this analogy output to each values of pressure, range or speed.
The instrument also includes a sensor of temperature, able to detect and show on display the internal temperature. In
order to improve the characteristics of precision of measurement in the different working condition, the instrument
executes a compensation of the reading with zero pressure in relation to the environment temperature.
The instrument includes 3 relays outputs (clean exchange contact) settable by the user and the activation or not of each
3 relays is indicated by three LEDS on the front panel of the instrument.
The instrument is programmable: keyboard on the frontal panel allows to visualize the values of different elaborated
signals: input differential pressure, output current, environment temperature, range and speed of measured gas.
The MVP-2 may also include (on demand) an interface of digital communication for the exchange of data with remote
instruments as PC or PLC.

General description
The DPFREG25 digital indicator is a device for measuring, displaying and controlling (by means of PID
regulator) pressure, flow, velocity gauges. The control of measurement to regulate is optimised by compensation
on the basis of the temperature. The pressure is controlled by a modulated output signal which may be analogical
(0-20mA/4-20mA or 0-5V/0-10V) or digital (ON-OFF type).
The instrument has also the capability for piloting a remote device – such as an adjustable frequency drive
(inverter) or a valve – in order to maintain the pressure measured by the sensor inside the instrument constant at a
preset value.
There are two pressure set-point identified by L1 and L2. The instrument also include e 4 relays in output (3 with
free SPDT contacts) used for valve opening and closing or for activating maximum and minimum pressure alarm.
The status of the 3 relays with free SPDT contacts is indicated by three Leds on the instrument front panel.
The analogical output and relays are connected to the same things (pressure, flows, velocity) through a

General Description
The RDP (Round Differential Pressure ) is a digital pressure gauge managed by microprocessor
with LCD.
The compactness and manageability of this device allow measurement of pressure and flows of
system when connected to pitot tube or through the K factor used to calculate the flow.
This instrument can be installed directly on the tube where the fluid measures flows or otherwise can
be installed on the panel through special mounting brackets.
The measurement and displayed values occur continuously with the clue “-” for negative values. The
zero point can be adjusted by switch combination.
The supply comes from two AA (1.5V) batteries and after a programmable time the device turns off
automatically.

The Serial Solutions represent the optimal system for medium and big dimensions
plants. These tools permit to reduce or eliminate almost completely the costs of
the connections of the valves to the control and command device. These solutions
exploit the economisers ECOSERIAL jointed with the serial pilot box RPB which
can be assembled on our integrated or traditional tanks.
The Ecoserial device is a digital economiser with differencial pressure gauge able
to pilot til 204 valves by connecting itself to a pneumatic driving module RPB
with only two threads. The Ecoserial 2 has the capacity to menage the cells of
filters on serial modality both in on-line modality and in off-line modality,
guaranteeing the best control of the most complex plants.
This system can receive the cabled tank, ready for use. Thus, it allows to avoid
the onerous costs of connection, ensuring a considerable spare in terms of
installation time by the final customer.
These devices RPB are available on ATEX version (zone 21,22), following the
European directive 94/9/EC. Owning these features, these devices can be used in
environments in which potential explosive atmospheres might manifest
themselves.

General description
ECOSERIAL is an economiser with a self-contained depression device, able to drive up to 34
modules of “serial pilot box”. It is arranged by a central unit and by one or plus “serial pilot
box”. The central unit is composed by two cards: the upper one displays the pressure value or the
selected electro-valve’s number and it‘s involved in economiser programming , lower one receives
commands by superior one and it concerns the communication with “serial pilot box” units.
The “serial pilot box” modules are driven one by one by central unit till the last module of chain from
then on start again from the first one.
They can drive till 6 drivers at 24Vdc.
ECOSERIAL programming concerns the pause time, working time, post-cleaning time, working
modality (manual or automatic), start and end cleaning pressure, post-cleaning and alarm pressure.

ECOSERIAL 2

General description
ECOSERIAL 2 is an economiser with built-in differential pressure sensor, able to drive up to a
maximum of 42 remote modules of Remote Pilot Box (each equipped with up to six pilots) and 2
Cell Box Controller. This device Is equipped with a alphanumeric display (2 lines of 16 characters),
through which it is possible monitoring - in real time - the pressure measured by the sensor, the
valve currently selected, the number of the active cells, the generated current on 4-20mA output
(optional), the actual state of the cycle (pause, work, post-cleaning…) and alarm state. The
instrument is completely programmable and communicates with Remote Pilot Box units and the Off
Line Box Controller by a patented system. The Remote Pilot Box (RPB) modules are controlled in
sequence by the central unit until the last module of the chain, from then on it start again from the
first one. Every Remote Pilot Box can drive up to 6 pilots - ¼" type - for the pneumatic valves. The
instrument can work in 2 different modes, for "Normal" filters or for "Cell" filters. Moreover, for each
mode it's possible to select the operation mode: manual or automatic. ECOSERIAL 2 programming
regards the pause time, the work time, the post-cleaning time, the start and end cleaning pressure,
the post-cleaning pressure, the alarm pressure (minimum and maximum pressure) and many other
parameters. ECOSERIAL 2 is also able to recognise the presence/absence of connected valve
drivers to output. In case of cleaning pilot 's absence, the economiser provides to skip to the next
output connected.

In order to check the correct working of the plants, Autel makes dust
detectors which can detect the quantity of dust particles emitted in the
atmosphere. These dust detectors are combined with devices of dust
digital- reading with both graphical and numerical display. Besides,
Autel has developed different supervision software, operating in
Windows, able to interfacing themselves with Autel electronic devices,
such as the differential monometer, economisers, flow, velocity and dust
gauges. The interfacing can be widened to many other tools presents in
the market which are compatible with Autel communication standards
and with other standards which can be used through conversion
interfaces. This software satisfied the exigency of monitoring the
control devices of the plant by means of PC, allowing the capture, the
recording, the elaboration and the graphic representation of the dust,
temperature, velocity and flow values detected by Autel tools. The
program has been created in a complete modular way, in order to be
easily adapted to the actual necessities of every plant and meanwhile
being flexible and economically useful.

DUST DETECTOR RP04

General Description
The dust detector with triboelectric effect RP 04, represents the result of Autel s.r.l. constant committment
concerning specific research and development of sophisticated electronical devices for the handling of dust fall
systems and environmental preservation. Since it embodies the evolution of the previous models, just as these
latters, it is based on the triboelectrical effect as far as concerns its functioning. This principle exploits the direct
dependence between the quantity of electric charge carried by the dust particles suspended on the air and their
concentration. The charge is identified by means of an electrode in stainless steel inserted in the dust flow to be
measured, and by an appropriated condicioning circuit of the signal. The introduction of a powerful digital
microprocessor for the total handling and control of the device, has allowed Autel s.r.l to transform our multi-
year experience regarding the production and maintenance of dust detectors in every kind of plants to
techniques of measurement and supervison; giving particular attention to the compensation of the measurement
off-set and the resolution of the problems due to the dust deposit on the stem. This choice allows, once the dust
detector is assemblied, its total handling by means of a remote digital unit GDM-1, eliminating the necessity of
repeated interventions in places with difficult access or in averse conditions. The digital unit GDM-1 allows to
arrange all the parameters of the dust detector, the reception and the elaboration of the measured data and its
automatic calibration. The measure can be displayed both on mg/m3 scale and in a graphical way considering
the trend of the concentration in respect of time. The GDM-1 unit can arrange three alarms connected with
relays, one for the general supervision of the dust detector functioning and the other two bound to the dust
levels. The intervention thresholds are programmable either in terms of level or in terms of the time necessary to
overtake the just-mentioned level. All that allows a precise monitoring of the life condition of the filter units, by
using the dust detector RP 04 together with the control unit GDM 1. It is possible to arrange for a pre-alarm on
medium level which controls the increased intensity of the shoot and points out the degree of efficency of the
filtrating unit. A second alarm advises the overtaking of the max. allowed value. In this way the connections
with Autel’s devices, belonging to the series ECOMATIC, allow the location of a possible broken bag in the
filtration plant.

General descriptions
The dust gauge GDM 1 is a measuring and monitoring device able to detect the dust level suspended on gaseous
flows. To enable its functioning is required the triboelectric dust detector mod. RP 04. GDM 1 can be considered an
integral part of the triboelectric dust detector RP 04 to which this GDM1 gives the correct supply and the serial
communication digital interface for data and control. This device is provided with isolated RS485 serial input, for the
connection of the remote dust detector , with output tension –12/+12 Vdc for its own supply, with isolated output 4-
20mA, isolated serial output RS485 (modbus protocol) and three alarm relays: the general one for the good
functioning of the system, and the other two to detect with thresholds the dust level and the programmable
intervention delay ( the activation status of the relays is pointed out by 3 leds on the front board). The wide graphical
display, in liquid crystals, allows the displaying of the instant dust value both in numerical form on concentration
scale, and the graphical displaying of its time trend. On the same scale mg/m3 is pointed out the medium dust value

Descrizione generale
The instrument SDM1 (Simple Dust Meter) has been conceived to be interfaced with a remote probe
with tribo-electric effect, mod. RP-04.
The SDM1 control allows to visualize the amount of dust in gaseous flows, expressed in percentage.
The percentage of dust is represented on the graded scale through a LED BAR on the front panel of
the instrument and it is also visualized the activation of relay ( the contact clean exchange) that signal
the dust alarm levels.
The instrument is equipped with a 4-20 mA analogical output (optional), a serial digital line and an
output of +12Vdc and -12 Vdc for the supply of the above mentioned probe, while the gain value and
the alarm’s threshold level can be manually changed by two potentiometers placed on the front panel
of SDM1.

Autel to design and produce sophisticated electronic devices for the management of dust
collector system and environmental safeguard.
The use of Autel RP02 triboelectric probe allows the measurement of the quantity of
suspended particles contained in the chimney gas.
The RP02 dust detector probe is suitable for noticing dust emission peaks caused by bags
breakage, in effect this device provide an alarm signal by means of a relay that can be
combined with Economizer devices or with an external acoustic or visual alarm.

General description
Filter System Control (FSC) is due to the monitoring necessity the Ecoserial control boards
of the dust filtering systems, by the means of a Pc.
In this order the program acquire, registers and shows the pressure values, the dust level
and the temperature, the speed and the flowrate detected by various parameters, showing
the real values and the working state of the plant.
The FSC system allows to configure the Ecoserial boards and to save the configurations on
files, in order to be used in other applications.
The data acquisition is made via RS485 half-duplex serial communication, thus it is
necessary the use of a RS232-RS485 converter, that is able to manage automatically the
change of the communication direction. On request, it is possible to have serial
communication with other protocols.

The Autel products offer includes control and command electrical

boards. In particular, Autel proposes electrical boards with inverter start
(series TOP-CLASS), planned to optimise the aspiration regualation, in
a completely automatic way, according to the aspiration sockets
activated in the different phases of the productive process. Thanks to
these devices the system can remain perfectly in aspiration balance,
allowing a drastic reduction of the fan energetic consumption both with
few aspiration sockets on work and with the whole plant on full charge.
Moreover, Autel plans electrical boards with triangle star starting for the
control of medium-big power fan engines . These devices allow a more
contained power absorbtion during the starting phase of the fan.

General description
The electrical boards Autel line TOP CLASS are designed in view to optimize in an automatically way the
regulation of the suction in function of exhaust outlets activated in the production process. The system will work
in a perfect suction balance, decreasing drastically the electric energy consumption of the fan as with few open
exhaust outlets as with the entire plant on full load.
The frontal panel is constituted by an operator panel with a high lighted display provided by an easy reading
and programmation.
It is possible to see the motor electric energy in %, the entrance tension, the output tension, the RPM or the
frequency and the situation of the last 4 allarms occured.
The electrical board is conducted by a sophisticated switchboard mod. DPF-REG that estimates in real time all
the logarithms necessary for a fast, stable and efficient system regulation.
It is also foreseen the possibility to operate manually the variation of the fan speed via a frontal board selector.
Besides that it communicates with the inner frequency converter in view to optimize the electric energy
consumption. Thus the motor power and the stress of the motor are harmonized, during the starting phase and
the stop, making the electrical motor live practically indestructible.
