Mr. B. Krishnaiah, Chairman
BE (Civil) & ME (Hydraulics Engg.).
Chairman is the Driving Force behind the Company. He is BE (Civil) and ME in (Hydraulics
Engineering). He is not a mere Contractor; he is a Visionary and his profile is multi-faceted.
Mr. Krishnaiah is a Contractor, an Entrepreneur, a Social Worker, a Philanthropist, a
Preacher, a Visionary and an Organization within himself. He promoted many Companies and
provided employment to about 10,000 people. Mr. Krishnaiah is an Ex-MLA and well known in
his Constituency as “a True Worker and Result- Oriented’ across all Political Parties. He has
set up a Trust, which donates to several Social Causes, such as Family Planning, medical relief
and public utility services. Mr. Krishnaiah has a clear thought process as to where to take his
Empire during the next decade.

Mr. B. Seenaiah, Managing Director


M.Sc.(Agricultural Sciences).

Managing Director is a Post Graduate in Agricultural Sciences. His deep interest in


mega machines and growing technology has driven him into construction sector. Ever
since his first venture in laying roads during 1972, together with his Elder Brother, Mr.
B. Krishnaiah, he did not turn back. He has widely traveled several countries for
studying the highway projects, methods of mechanized quarrying, material handling
and use of high capacity of road construction machinery like hot mix plant, full width
Pavers, Concrete Batching Plants etc. He was involved in overall management and
administration of the head office as well as project sites including co-ordination with
the clients, the Technical wing of the company, accounts and stores etc. 7
Mr. B. Kameswara Rao, Independent Director aged about 79 years has worked in a
Central Government Department for about two and a half decades. Later on, he moved
into Private Sector. He worked as Managing Director of an Infrastructure Company,
which was pioneer in real estate development and commercial / residential buildings
in the City of Hyderabad. He also worked as Managing Director of a reputed hospital in
Hyderabad. Presently, he is on the Board of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd.

Mr. R. Balakrishnan, Independent Director retired as Executive Director of Andhra


Bank. He started his career in 1968 with State Bank of India and worked with
Corporation Bank and Andhra Bank for about four decades. During his tenure in
banking sector, he handled varied portfolios in Middle and Top Management; and post
retirement he played a pivotal role in setting up exclusive stock exchange for foreign
currency derivatives, management and financial consultancy services in both public
and private sectors. He widely travelled abroad to Europe, US, Asian and Middle East
Countries. Currently, he is working as CFO of a Private Sector Company and provides
consultancy on selective basis in financial and risk management services.

Mrs. Dandamudi Anitha, Director and is a director of Krishna Institute of Medical


Sciences Ltd. since March 2008, which is well known as “KIMS Hospitals” – a Multi-
Specialty Corporate Hospital with a 1000 bedded Facility. Being MBA by
qualification, she has wide and rich experience and is responsible for bulk
procurement of consumables and non-medical capital equipment for the Hospitals.
She is also Head of general administration at KIMS Hospitals. She is instrumental in
coordinating and supervising the Accreditations and Certifications applicable to the
Hospital.
