    In our day-to-day life, we desire either to sell or buy articles and properties for our daily
    use. Accordingly we think it more suitable to advertise our properties or articles. While
    drafting such an advertisement, we must keep the following points in our mind:

    1.Write all the relevant particulars of the property or article meant.


    2.Mention all the terms and conditions needed for sale or purchase.
    3.To boost your sale, provide other details.
    4.In case of recommendation, write location, rent, facilities and other particulars.
    5.In the end write the mailing address with contact phone number if any.
