    Indications CONSIDERATIONS

    the patient must display s/s of a mental Nursing Interventions (pre, intra, post)
    illness
    pre: consult with the therapist and the doctors in charge
    of the patients care to know the plan of care concerning
    the therapy
    Intra: help carry out the plan of care mostly by
    conducting or over seeing the activities that occur in the
    day room, help the clients with the decisions they make
    as a patient government
    Post: report any findings to the healthcare team and any
    recommendations for the the behaviors you witness
