YEAR 1: Assistant Professor (GP: 7000)/1st Year – 2018-19
TEACHING Undertake 3 – 4 UG courses along with corresponding labs.
(40%) Using PPT, audio visual tools for better understanding of subject RESEARCH Will work on two areas of research i.e., Energy Storage Materials and (50%) Materials for Combat Vehicles/Jets Develop plan for UG students involvement in research Participate on one PhD student committee to understand University Norms & Regulations Submit two manuscripts for publication Grant Submission: Submit proposal to DST under ECR Award scheme SERVICE Participate in university sports committee, staff club, NCC, & other (10%) suitable activities YEAR 2: Assistant Professor (GP: 7000)/2nd Year – 2019-20 TEACHING Undertake 2 UG & 1 PG courses along with corresponding labs. (40%) Make student groups to take 1 session for smaller segment of the subject RESEARCH Develop laboratory facility to carry out research (50%) Undertake two research scholars including, 1 Doctoral and 1 Master Undertake 5 UG students and involve them in research Carry out research work using available facilities in the university Submit two manuscripts for publication Presenting research in reputed International conference. SERVICE Undertake guest lecture for FDP session (10%) Make effort to conduct National level Seminar/Conference. (40%) Make student groups to take 1 session for smaller segment of the subject RESEARCH Develop collaboration with different departments to have (50%) collaborative research Grant proposal Make efforts to collaborate with nearby institutes/universities and laboratories to carry out collaborative research Make effort to be reviewer of one/two reputed journals on the research area Develop analytical or modelling software skills to incorporate in research Submit four manuscripts for publication SERVICE Mentoring/counselling a smaller group of students on their regular (10%) activities and career prospects Undertake any administrative work assigned by the department YEAR 4: Assistant Professor (GP: 8000)/4th Year – 2021-22 TEACHING Undertake 2 UG & 1 PG courses along with corresponding labs. (40%) Make student groups to take 1 session for smaller segment of the subject RESEARCH Submit collaborative research grant proposal to Govt.
