    This Memorandum of Agreement entered into by and among the Tapayas National High
    School represented by its Principal, FRANCY T. PERILLO, with office address at Tapayas, Balatan,
    Camarines Sur and herein referred to as TNHS;

    The Tapayas National High School – General Parent Teachers Association, represented by MA. LITA
    GOROBAT, in her capacity as President of the Association and herein referred to as TNHS-GPTA;

    The Local Government Unit of Barangay _______________________________________, represented

    WHEREAS, the Tapayas National High School, being one of the schools in the Municipality of Balatan

    which provides education to the students;

    WHEREAS, the TNHS-GPTA as an association of parents, teachers, and external stakeholders, the

    LGU of Barangay _________________________, the different existing Non-government Organization

    who are committed to be partners of the school in the development of the students;

    WHEREAS, the Barangay LGU of __________________________ is likewise committed to be

    development partners of the school;
