    Tempered Water

    Rotary Switch Assemblies

    TSE, TSR and TS1A Models


    Conventional rotary-type cabin switch assemblies for Cruisair
    tempered water systems are available in a wide assortment of
    configurations for maximum flexibility.
    The standard TSE type three-knob switch assembly provides
    function selection (OFF-FAN-RUN), fan speed control, and a room
    thermostat. A special thermostat on the air handler allows
    automatic changeover between heating and cooling modes.
    The two-knob TSR type switch has function control
    (OFF-FAN-RUN), and fan speed control. It is used with a remote
    thermostat, or in situations where a thermostat is not needed, such
    as in an engine room or on a makeup air handling unit with a
    bypass valve.
    TS1A switch provides blower control (OFF-LOW-HIGH) for
    TSE-TZCB Shown 2-speed makeup air handling units with no bypass valve.
    Switches are also available for use with auxiliary heat modules,
    but an HRX type heat relay may be needed in certain cases.
    The standard design is an aluminum plate covered with a modern

    • Electromechanical rotary switch Assemblies are available for either 115V or 230V air handlers,
    assemblies and include a color-coded terminal strip for easy wiring. Thermostat

    be mounted in the return air of the air handler. Maximum fan
    • For use with variable or 2-speed blowers
    current must not exceed 4 amps on variable fan speed controls.
