A. What to do?
MY REMEMBER
I remember when I was nine years old, my brothers and my parents went for a
walk on the river. We left early to enjoy the beautiful day that was presented to
us. That day we had scheduled a long time in advance for what I thought it
would be, a day without defects. But as the hour began to pass, the day was
changing its bright colors for opaque colors. My spirits began to wane when we
thought that we had spent so much time preparing ourselves and in the end we
could not enjoy everything we had prepared for that day between games and
food. The worst came a few hours after arriving, a rain began that did not want
to stop as soon as the sky became dark. The best of the day has just started,
my father took us indoors and we lit a bonfire, it was very fun to see how we
tried to keep it from going out, but it didn't end there, we ate many
marshmallows after having a big burning fire that protected from cold by rain.
Another nice memory was when I met my Platonian year old at thirteen. Maybe
it was like a fairy tale since he was a friend of my brother, but that was not an
impediment to falling in love with José. I think I fell in love with him when he
defended me against my brother, after my brother was scolding me for following
him everywhere. He told my brother that he wished he had such a cute little
sister to follow him everywhere. From that day on I promised myself to follow
José without him noticing, although two years later he moved, I was able to
enjoy him for a long time.
A. What to do?
In this section, you will work on three different exercises using conditional
sentences. First, you will need to complete the sentences describing real facts
using the zero conditional. Second, you’ll need to complete some stories using
the correct form of the first conditional. Finally, for number three, you will need
to write the things you and your best friend would do in certain hypothetical
situations using the second conditional.
B. How to do it?
Follow the instructions to complete each of the following exercises using the
appropriate verb from the box:
1. Zero conditional: Complete the sentences using the appropriate form of the
verbs in the box. The first one is done for you.
2. First conditional: Complete the stories using the correct form of the verbs in

3. Second conditional: Complete the sentences with the things you would do in
certain hypothetical situations. Then, write what your best friend, who always
does the opposite of you, would not do in the same cases. The first one is
done for you.

2. If Jorge knew my idol, he would scold me for not having invited her to
the concert
