I want to learn everything about the said subject and to be a more responsible student and to do
the assigned task on time even though we only have home school because there’s no reason to
finish everything late, I will expect my instructor to do everything she can to teach us students
and will give us more knowledge about IGP, what I can do to achieve the objectives of the IGP
course is to be always present in class and listen and pay attention to every instruction that will
be given to us.
Sincerely yours

MY SILENT SELF
Activity 4
b. other people think that I don’t usually talk and shy but the truth is I always does
especially if the topic is very interesting.
I don’t share disappointments to anyone because the reality is people really don’t care about
how we feel and it gives me peace if I keep it to myself, I always share joy to other people but
when it comes to success I don’t think I can share it to them because that’s a part of me
where I gave my efforts to whatever that success is and I am a very private person.

# Photo
Activity 5
Objectives: 1. Choose your most favorite photo from your phone or social media
Account (facebook, instragram etc.).
2.Put the said picture and paste it in the box below.
#PHOTO
Have you ever rationalized a physical shortcoming as being something over which you have no
control? If you ever felt this way, what would you change, and how do you perceive the change
would affect your life?
1. Looking at your most favorite picture what would you like to change, and how?
I got nothing to change with the favorite pictures because every things in place and I
have no problems with it, I chose that photo because that was me and my best friends recreating
the picture after we have not seen each other for a while and celebrating our 8 years of friendship.
2. What effect do you think the change would have on your life?
I guess there’s nothing to change.
3. What physical aspects of your person have you changed (the way you dress,
fitness,etc.) Explain
I changed in many ways like how I dress and how I used to read books and since I got
hooked on playing games I stopped reading them and I prefer to have long hair and facial hair than
shaving them since the pandemic started.
4. Have these changes made a difference in the way you feel about yourself? Explain
No, in fact I am more comfortable than before because I realized that I can do whatever
I want because I am more of a “mind your own business” person now than before.
5. Are you making a deliberate effort to become the person that you want to be?
There’s only few things that I really want to become, it is to become a good brother to my sisters,
to become a responsible son to my parents and a loving and caring boyfriend to my girlfriend and
lastly to become more responsible to my studies and to create a good future.
