even in use in actual field. This SCADA system will provide & keep
standard data of every blanks, like its item code / product code by
way of Manual / Barcode data logging, customer code, vacuum
reading, pressure readings, temperature readings, speed of Electric
load by way of amperes of both pre-pugging / main pugging motor,
extrusion speed, cut length, size of blank etc.

This system will provide various alarms / signals by way of hooter or

blinking tower light for vacuum drops, high clay column pressure, high
torque or ampere load, overflow / backflow, higher temperature etc.

staff to it’s headquarters and to break off assembly
and start-up where the customer fails to observe a
fundamental clause of proforma invoice /Order
confirmation.

20.0 When assembly is complete the customer shall sign

the necessary standard reports
