This system will provide fully computerized system is monitoring


operational data controls & recoding for every second, which will
provide create & store details process technical data logging &
records of every extrusion blanks. This data will help for analysis of
such extrusion blank behavior after turning, drying, glazing, firing
even in use in actual field. This SCADA system will provide & keep
standard data of every blanks, like its item code / product code by
way of Manual / Barcode data logging, customer code, vacuum
reading, pressure readings, temperature readings, speed of Electric
load by way of amperes of both pre-pugging / main pugging motor,
extrusion speed, cut length, size of blank etc.

This system will provide various alarms / signals by way of hooter or


blinking tower light for vacuum drops, high clay column pressure, high
torque or ampere load, overflow / backflow, higher temperature etc.
