Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread

Dough

Ingredients :

 2 cups APF
 1 cup Bread Flour
 ¼ cup sugar
 2 tbsp powdered sugar
 1 medium sized egg
 ¾ cup fresh milk

Yeast mixture :

 ¼ cup room temp water


 2 tsp yeast
 1 tsp sugar

Set aside.

Mix dry and wet ingredients using a dough hook attachment. Once everything is mixed together add
3 tbsp unsalted butter.

Proove 20 mins. Cut into 83-85 g each piece. Prove for 45 mons to 1 hr. Bake at 150C for 15-20 mins
or until golden brown. Yield : 10 buns.

Cream Cheese Mixture :

Ingredients :

 200 g cream cheese


 100 ml APC
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tsp parsley

**For Cheesy Bacon Garlic Bread, add ¼ cup chopped bacon, and mozzarella stick into the bun. Top
it with Bacon Strips and Parmesan Cheese.

Garlic Butter Sauce :

Ingredients :

 150 g Salted Butter


 4 garlic cloves
 3 tbsp parsley
 1 medium sized egg
 1 tsp garlic powder
 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Ube Cheese Pandesal
Ingredients:

Bread Softener

 4 tbsp APF
 ½ cup water

Dough

 4 cups APF
 2 cups Bread Flour
 2 tbsp yeast + 1 tbsp sugar + ¼ cup water
 1 tsp salt
 ½ cup sugar
 1/8 cup ube powder
 ½ cup warm water
 1 cup milk
 1 tbsp ube flavor
 2 eggs
 ½ cup butter

Ube Jam

Cheese

Bread Crumbs

**Bake at 150C for 15-20 mins.

Yield : 36 buns

Sausage Buns
Ingredients :

Dough

 2 cups bread flour


 ½ cup milk
 1 egg
 1 tsp salt
 1/3 cup sugar
 1 tbsp yeast

Hotdog

**Bake at 170C for 15-17 mins.

Yield : 12 buns
Coffee Buns (Kopi Roti)
Ingredients :

Dough

 210 g milk
 7 g yeast
 35 g sugar
 350 g bread flour
 7 g salt

Mocha Topping

 60 g butter
 60 g sugar
 70 g APF
 1 egg
 3 tsp coffee + 2 tsp water
 Salted Butter for filling

**Bake at 170-180C for 12-14min

Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:

 2 cups APF
 ¾ cup Cocoa Powder
 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 1 tsp iodized salt
 2 cups brown sugar
 ½ cup corn oil
 1 tbsp vinegar
 2 cups room temp water
 1 tsp coffee

Ganache

 2 ½ cup heavy cream


 2 cups Dark Belgian Chocolate Chips
 ¼ cup Salted Butter

** Bake at 150-160C for 25-35mins


Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients :

 ½ cup unsalted beurre noisette (brown butter)


 ½ cup brown sugar
 ½ cup white sugar
 1 medium sized egg
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
 1 1/3 cup APF
 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
 ½ cup chocolate chunks

**Bake at 170C for 10-12 mins.

Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients:

 ¾ cup melted butter


 3 whole eggs
 1 1/3 cup milk
 1 tsp white vinegar
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup white sugar
 2 cups APF
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Baking Soda

Condensed Milk Buttercream Frosting

 1 cup butter (salted)


 1 cup APC
 1 cup powdered sugar

Easy Baked Cheesecake


Ingredients :

 1 ¼ cup crushed grahams or oreos


 ¼ cup melted butter
 1 tbsp sugar
 3 cups/blocks (675 g) cream cheese
 1 cup sugar
 4 eggs
 1 tbsp cornstarch

Filling/topping – optional, can use Blueberry, Strawberry or Fresh Fruits.

** Bake at 300F for 45 mins.
