Dough
Ingredients :
2 cups APF
1 cup Bread Flour
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 medium sized egg
¾ cup fresh milk
Yeast mixture :
Set aside.
Mix dry and wet ingredients using a dough hook attachment. Once everything is mixed together add
3 tbsp unsalted butter.
Proove 20 mins. Cut into 83-85 g each piece. Prove for 45 mons to 1 hr. Bake at 150C for 15-20 mins
or until golden brown. Yield : 10 buns.
Ingredients :
**For Cheesy Bacon Garlic Bread, add ¼ cup chopped bacon, and mozzarella stick into the bun. Top
it with Bacon Strips and Parmesan Cheese.
