Answer the following Self-awareness Questions:

1. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?

I believe my strengths are strong, hard-working and open-minded while
my weaknesses are my experiences from the past and I can’t say no to
others.

2. How do your friends describe you? Do you agree with their description? Why or
why not?
My friends see me as a strong, independent woman, and mature. Yes, I
agree with their description of mine because that’s what I really am.

3. List two situations when you are most at ease. What specific elements were
present when you felt that way?
I am most at ease when I am at home because I’m an introvert person and
tend to stay at home most of the time because I am not comfortable
meeting other people. Also, I am at ease when I focus on doing my
personal best, rather than comparing myself to others. I aim to build on my
strengths, whilst managing the consequences of my weaknesses. I aim to
become the best kind of person I can be and I then follow my chosen
strategies to achieve my picture of success. The specific element that is
present when I felt that situation is myself and my calm mind because I
believe that I myself is the only one who can self myself to be better and
do better because I am the only one who knows myself fully.

4. What types of activities did you enjoy doing when you were a child? What about
now?
I enjoyed playing with my cousins back then and I also enjoyed going to
different places before and up until now, I still love going to different
places and spending some time with my cousins.

5. What motivates you? Why?

My motivation is my experiences in life because it helps me push myself to
do better because I don’t want to be in that situation again so I tend to give
my very best in everything that I do.

6. What are your dreams for the future? What steps are you taking to achieve your
dreams?
My dream is to become a CPA and become successful with the path that I
want to take in the future. To be honest I don’t really know what I want to
be, but one thing is for sure, I want to provide everything that my family
needs and wants. I don’t want anything for myself, I just want my family to
be happy and have everything. To achieve these things, I need to study
hard and work hard. I shouldn’t be distracted with the things that aren’t
necessary.

7. What do you fear most in your life? Why?

Losing my family is what I fear the most, why? Because for me, they are
the reason why I am striving hard, why I chose to live, and why I’m still
dreaming.

8. What stresses you? What is your typical response to stress?

Modules is one of my stressor as of now, because Profs give us students
simultaneous task all at once with an insufficient deadline. Most of them
give activities at night even though it isn’t our class time. When something
stresses me, I tend to stop and breathe to calm myself so that I can face
and overcome it.

9. What qualities do you like to see in people? Why? Do you have many friends as
you just described? Why or why not?
Honestly, I’m not a picky person I just simply like kind and jolly person and
that’s all I want. Yes, I have friends like what I described and actually most
of them are nice and jolly person because I like that kind of person and I’m
comfortable with that.

10. When you disagree with someone’s viewpoint, what would you do?
When I disagree with someone’s viewpoint, I let them know and say what
on my mind and what I believe is right but I don’t push or say that my
viewpoint is always correct but because of saying my side, the other side
tend to elaborate more their viewpoint so that I can understand his/her
point. Communication can prevent misunderstanding that’s why I always
try to say what I wanted to say that I believe would be helpful with the
situation or to correct others.
