WE hereby agree to grant the commission of FIVE (5%) from the total gross price to the Agent/s if the
property is sold at the price herein authorized or at such price and terms as maybe accepted by us.
In the event that the Agent/s, through their best effort shall be successful in negotiating for a selling
price of higher than

_________________.00) per square meter offered by the SELLER, the Agent/s shall be entitled to the
excess or overprice that may be negotiated by them. The Seller acknowledges the right of the Agent/s to
the overprice as their compensation for facilitating the sale of above-mentioned property.
That they are entitled further to the above-stated commission even after the lapse of their authority
provided they register to the seller in writing the name of their buyer/s within the period of their
authority and duly signed and acknowledged by the vendor or administrator.
