personal income tax, VAT, excise duties, and stamp duty and on issues ranging from transfer pricing to double taxation.

Tax litigation, both at an administrative or judicial level, is one of the main areas of the department, whose activity and importance is reflected
on the high success rate achieved. Caiado Guerreiro assists their clients from prevention of litigation to its settlement, representing them in
Court, as well as in arbitration settlement of disputes.

Caiado Guerreiro has been developing, for several years, a know-how specifically related to the practice of sports, offering its clients legal

With the growing relevance of Sports Law within the national and international scope, Caiado Guerreiro has lawyers that attend to public
