from the concerned government agencies/offices;
3. To pay any and all such expenses that may be necessary to effect the application and/or registration of the said business;
4. To sign and execute the necessary documents to carry into full effect the power herein conferred and to do any other related and or incidental task that may be needed to fully and effectively carry out the authority herein conferred upon her.
