Guidelines and Policies On Covid 19
1. All students are required to be in their classroom as the time for the particular
module starts. Whenever the instructor is late, the student will wait for 15
minutes and may leave the classroom if the instructor does not come. If the
specific instructions from the administration to wait then the students must
follow it.
2. UNIFORM – No students are allowed to enter the school premises/rooms
when not in proper uniform. Wearing of uniform is from Monday to Friday,
Wednesday is wash day shirt.
3. Student should NOT WEAR the following when entering the school premises
whether they have no classes.
a. Sleeveless, Blouse or Dress with plunging neckline.
b. Sando, boxer shirt, backless feature dress.
c. Micro skirt, miniskirts, spaghetti straps, razorback, tube.
d. Rubber slippers, beach walks, worn out shoes even during washdays.
e. Earrings (for male students).
f. For ladies, light make up is acceptable and a set or earring should be
worn.
g. All kinds of short and torn/worn out jeans.
4. The school is not responsible for any valuables or personal belongings lost
while in the school’s premises.
5. LITTERING – Students who wish to eat their meals, snack and drinks are
advised to disposed of their wrappers, food container, tissue paper and the
like in trash cans and not in open places. CLEAN AS YOU GO.
6. Dye Hair is Not Allowed.
7. Payment is process in the bank.
8. NO SMOKING within the school premises.
9. Student will turn off or put on in silent mode all the cellular phones during
classes. Texting during class is strictly prohibited.
10. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: Accounts must be cleared prior to final exam. If not,
you will not be allowed to take the final exam. In case for delayed payment, a
promissory note on exact payment date will be required and will be approved
upon the discretion of the school administrator. Promissory note is accepted 1
week before the final exam.
11. If a student FAILED/ DROPPED a subject/module, the students need to pay
1,000.00 to attend a new module.
12. All requirements for enrollment must be submitted within the period of training.
