If for any reason, any provision of these
Rules is declared unconstitutional or
invalid by final judgment of a competent
court, the other parts or provisions
hereof which were not affected thereby
shall continue to be in full force and
effect.
Final Provisions
• 5.3 Repealing Clause
Any rule or regulation inconsistent with the provisions of these
Rules is hereby repealed and modified accordingly.
• 5.4 Effectivity
These Rules shall take effect immediately upon publication in a
newspaper of general circulation in the country and upon posting
electronically.
Let copies of these Rules be furnished the University of the
Philippines Law Center-Office of the National Administrative
Register (UPLC-ONAR) and all concerned Distribution Utilities.
