A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING SYMPATHY TO THE BEREAVEMENT OF


BARANGAY KAGAWAD GILBERT O. ASIS AND OF HIS FAMILY

WHEREAS, the dearly loved father of Barangay Kagawad Gilbert O. Asis


passed away last February 26, 2012;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Officials and Employees sincerely empathized


with the bereaved family of their loss of a loved one;

NOW THEREFORE, be it

RESOLVED, as the Sangguniang Barangay of Poblacion Bayugan City,


Agusan del Sur hereby resolved to EXPRESS SYMPATHY TO
THE BEREAVEMENT OF BARANGAY KAGAWAD GILBERT
O. ASIS AND OF HIS FAMILY

ADOPTED, upon motion of Kagawad Jonathan D. Sayon unanimously


seconded by all Kagawads during the 5th Regular Session held
on March 2, 2012 at the Session Hall this Barangay
