Good morning, welcome, my name is Laura Villarreal and I am part of the SENA
cooperative staff selection team. I've been reviewing your resume and would like us
to talk a little more about the information provided.
Tell me about you

My name is Salome Zuluaga, at the moment I am studying international negotiation,
and in 2017 I sudied a short course in marketing and sales, not having professional
experience in the field, I would like to be able to have my first approach to the
environment and be able to show my skills and put in practice learning in the
profession.
I previously studied psychology but when I moved to another country I found this
new world of business and I wanted to go deeper into it since I wish that the excellent
quality of Colombian products are known abroad.
What do you know about our company?

Since I entered the business world I have closely followed the work they do as a
company since I identify with their eco-sustainable values, I would like to learn more
about you and contribute my knowledge, I feel identified with the respect you have
towards customers and making them feel important and listening to their needs
What do you like to do in your free time?

I love the movies and going for a walk, I am also learning to play the piano and since
I do not live near my family, I take advantage of those moments to make
videoconferences with them
how do you see yourself in 5 years?

professionally, I see myself with you creating new projects, committed to respect for
the environment and sustainability, I would like us to create a line that represents
the value of nature and the impact of not respecting what it gives us, to encourage
sustainable living and cruelty free.
Why did you leave your previous job?
As I mentioned before, I have not developed in the business field, so this job change
is a life change too, since I previously worked as an operator in an automotive
company and that is not really what I want to do for the rest of my life.
What can you tell me about your previous boss?

She always encouraged us to give our best, she cares about the team and always
looked after our well-being, more than a boss she was a leader
There is a gap in your work experience, what did you do during that time?
When I came to live abroad, I had to consolidate the language before starting my
working life, since without the correct bases of the language it would be very difficult
to be able to perform in any position that I obtained.
How do you handle the pressure?

As in my previous job we are always working against the clock, I consider myself a
focused person who does not allow himself to be easily distracted from the goal.
What are your salary claims?

In my previous job as an operator my salary was € 1600 a month, and based on that
and that at this time I have no work experience in the field, I think that would be a
correct salary, of course you can talk and reach a value in which let's all agree
What is your biggest weakness or flaw?

I am somewhat disorganized, but that has never directly affected my work
performance and every day I work on it to improve it
If you won the lottery today, would you come to work tomorrow?
Of course, yes, I have always been a grateful person and true to my word, if
tomorrow I win the lottery, I still recognize that I have a responsibility to you and I
cannot leave my job without notice.
Tell me about a challenge or conflict you have faced at work and how you
solved it.
When I first arrived in France, I worked as a babysitter for a couple of months and
the youngest child escaped me since his brother was going to meet a friend, at first
he ran after him uncontrolled without knowing what to do, but after a few minutes I
kept my calm, I walked towards him, took him by the arm, we returned to the house
and talked with his parents expressing that they should explain to the child that in
his absence I was the highest authority.
Why should we hire you?

I know that I can contribute new ideas and bring all my knowledge to the company
and having consumed their products for so long, I have a vision as a client and that
helps me identify where it is best done as a company, and the new projects that can
be undertake.
