1) What is globalization?
Globalization refers to integration between people, companies, and
governments. Most noteworthy, this integration occurs on a global
scale. Furthermore, it is the process of expanding the business all
over the world. In Globalization, many businesses expand globally
and assume an international image. Consequently, there is a
requirement for huge investment to develop international
companies. First of all, people have been trading goods since
civilization began. In the 1st century BC, there was the
transportation of goods from China to Europe. The goods
transportation took place along the Silk Road. The Silk Road route
was very long in distance. This was a remarkable development in
the history of Globalization.

2) What is culture
Culture is the identity of a group of people living in specific place;
they have their own sketch of life what the culture says they
follow that. One English scientist said that culture is the
knowledge, belief, art , law and more. Culture is what a person
learns from a family and is not born into it. Culture is a hard tool,
wich every individs has lern himselves. Whith culture people
communicate Whith other people. Culture is a strong gun of
people life, culture constantly Changes and is easily lost.

3) Is progress always good?

The answer to this question will be say no. Because progress is

not always good. Progress poses serious problems with pollution
and not only.In some countries the pollution is so severe that
the ecological balance is damaged and many animals and plants
lose their habitat. And also many people lose their jobs. For this
reason, some believe that progress is not always for the better.

4) Why is globalization diply contrivertion?

Globalization is deeply controversial, however. Proponents of
globalization argue that it allows poor countries and their citizens to
develop economically and raise their standards of living, while
opponents of globalization claim that the creation of an unfettered
international free market has benefited multinational corporations in
the Western world at the expense of local enterprises, local cultures,
and common people. Resistance to globalization has therefore taken
shape both at a popular and at a governmental level as people and
governments try to manage the flow of capital, labor, goods, and
ideas that constitute the current wave of globalization.

5) Advanteges of progress
For example Technologies are getting better and better today. New
discoveries in technology allow us to improve our machines. For
example, if were no computer or telephone today, we would not be
able to study because of the pandemic. Alsoo progress will continue as
modern technologies and science grow. This is one of example
advanteges of teqnologies.

6) What is conflict?

Unfortunately, conflict is an integral part of our lives. Conflicts can be

anywhere as well in our families to the tension in the world. From
dictionary conflict means fight or disagree. Conflicts arise when
people struggle to obtain the some resources for example territory,
work income, living space and other pacts. Conflicts arise when
people are unhappy with how they are governed.

7) Why is globalization irreversible

Globalization is irreversible. In the long run globalization is likely to
be an unrelenting phenomenon. But for significant periods of time its
momentum can be hindered (by a variety of factors. Indeed, the
world was thought to be on an irreversible path toward peace and
prosperity early in the early 20th century, until the outbreak of
World War I. That war, coupled with the Great Depression, and then
World War II, dramatically set back global economic integration

8) Desatvateges of progress

For example new technologies are having a big impact on society.

Many people lose their jobs. For this reason, some believe that
progress is not always for the better. progress is not always good.
Progress poses serious problems with pollution..In some countries the
pollution is so severe that the ecological balance is damaged and
many animals and plants lose their habitat. The air is polluted and it
is not suitable for humans. In some countries, water is also polluted
and people are short of drinking water.

9) Desatvanteges of globalization
Globalization has more advantages than disadvantages. But I can cite
one such example that outweighs all the advantages. For example,
cutting down forests and selling them with forest materials. Which is
followed by a great catastrophe. For example air pollution avalanche
and more other. Every year 1 percent of forests are cut down. What
can bring in future big problems thith pollution. However in some
countries these problems already exist

10) Financial shook

Financial shocks are reminders that a breakdown in globalization -

meaning a slowdown in the global flows of goods, services, capital,
and people - can have extremely adverse consequences.
Ensuring economic stability is critical as the poor suffer more than
the rich during times of economic crises. High rates of inflation
typically hurt the poor disproportionately, as inflation Reduces their
real incomes.

11) Historically there were four main motives the firs conquest the
second prosperity proselytizing and force - curiosity and wanderlust.
conquest the desire to ensure security and extend political power,
prosperity the search for a better life, proselytizing spreading the
word of their God and converting others to their faith and a more
mundane but still powerful force - curiosity and wanderlust that
seem basic to human nature. Therefore, the principal agents of
globalization were soldiers traders, preachers and adventurers.

12) Values
Each person has a basic set of personal values. Values are beliefs that
people use to give meaning to their lives Values explain what is
"good" or "bad," "right" or "wrong," "just" or "unjust." People can live
together in harmony with different value systems and different
values need not cause conflict people's values seldom change, even
when their more superficial desires for instance, their interests are
modified. I think what one should not touch other human values to
avoid conflict.

13) Some people even think and argue that globalization is a

situation where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Today
there is a sharp difference between rich and poor people.
A difficult economic period begins, accompanied by long-term
unemployment what harms the capital of poor people. In recent
times Income inequality has increased dramatically in different
countries. And that's true workers find it harder to work than
educated people.

14) Culture is vital because it enables its members to function with

one another without the need to negotiate meaning at every moment.
Culture affects every aspect of daily life - how we think and feel, how
we learn and teach. Everyone has their own different culture. Culture
is not born with a person but a person learns culture as time goes on.
Elementally language is also part of culture because we speak to each
other through language.
However, most people are unaware of their own culture until they
experience another! In fact, we don't usually think about our culture
until somebody violates a culturally-based expectation or we find
ourselves in a situation where we have the feeling that we violated
somebody else's cultural expectations.

15) Globalization implies the process of increasing the connectivity

and interdependence of the world's markets and businesses. In
general, as economies become more connected to other economies,
they have increased opportunity but also increased competition
between different countries. We can give some examples when it
comes to globalization. For example, buying and trading companies in
different countries. Even in ancient times large states that were
highly developed absorbed small states selling their companies. Large
developed countries try to build their companies in different
countries and produce their products there. Which will make their
country economically stronger. This is why living standards in highly
developed countries are higher than in less global and developed
countries.
