Urinalysis is a test of your urine. It is used to detect and manage a wide ranges of disorders, such
as urinary tract infection (UTI), kidney disease and diabetes. Urine test is a routine test used by your
healthcare provider as part of their prenatal care. The amount of protein also measured. High protein
levels in the urine may be a sign of preeclampsia, a serious complication that usually occurs later in
pregnancy or after the baby is born.

PUS Cell is a condition that occurs when excess white blood cells, or pus, are present in urine. Pyuria
causes cloudy urine and frequently indicates the presence of a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Pyuria can
also indicate sepsis, a life threatening bacterial infection, or pneumonia.
