    CERTIFICATE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE

    This is to certify that the RECTIFICATION OF ADMINISTRATION OFFICE of the


    SUNTRUST ECOTOWN TANZA project located at BRGY. SAHUD-ULAN, TANZA, CAVITE
    had been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specification
    dated FEBRUARY 17, 2020 by 1024 CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
    The construction was completed, turned over and fully accepted by the
    Construction and Property Management Division of Suntrust Ecotown Developers
    Inc.

    Nothing contains herein shall be construed as a waiver that shall relieve the
    contractor for item that may be found defective within the guarantee period
    proceeded for in the agreement.

    This certification was issued upon request of the Contractor for its full payment
    for the RETENTION on this 30TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2020.
