Task Sheet 1.

Title: Write a preliminary pages of the CBLM
Performance Objective:
Given the competency in your session plan, you should be able to write preliminary pages of one
module of your qualification following the suggested templates.

Equipment: PC with internet connection, CBC, TR


Steps/Procedure:
1. Search for the CBLM in the PTS folio template.
2. Secure copy of your TR/CBC.
3. Based on the competency in your session plan do the following:
a. Draft the cover of the CBLM
b. Write the trainees guide (how to use this module) in using the CBLM for this
competency.
c. Write the page for the list of competencies. Highlight the name of the
competency you are developing. Make sure that the row for this
competency is italicized and bold faced
d. Write the page for the competencies summary.
e. Draft the learning outcome summary of the learning outcome of your choice
f. Refer to the session plan you developed for the learning outcome you
choose and draft the learning experiences. you may go back to this page
for revisions later after you have finalized the contents of your CBLM
4. Edit the footer 
5. Preferably use Arial 12 font type and size in writing content.
6. Evaluate your own output using the performance criteria checklist
7. Present your output to your facilitator through google drive shared to your
facilitator’s email ([email protected])
