It is with deep regret that I must inform you of the recent decision to terminate your
employment withSNN . Recent financial constraints due to lack of sales have forced us
to scrutinize our manpower assets carefully, and our employees have, unfortunately
suffered in the process.

Nevertheless, your work in the corporation has been commendable and I will certainly
provide you with the highest of recommendations if called upon to do so.

In view thereof, this termination letter will take effect thirty (30) days from receipt hereof.
