Uniinfo Telecom Services Ltd formerly known as Uniinfo Telecom Services Pvt. Ltd.
provide services to telecom industry players ranging from telecom equipment
manufacturers (OEM's) to telecom operators. It offers support services and solutions to
address the Network Life Cycle requirements of Telecom industry. Over the years it has
been successfully implementing various projects and have been recognized by their
clients for quality and timely execution of the projects undertaken. This expertise and
capability has helped them to achieve continuous growth and success.
Uniinfo is the sister concern of Universal Informatics dedicated to education in
computer hardware, Networking and WAN, Universal Informatics was launched in the
year 1994 as a franchisee of Tata Unisys Ltd. Education Centre (TULEC), soon it
became the premier computer training center of Madhya Pradesh leaving behind the
erstwhile brand leaders like NIIT & APTECH. In 1997 we started software development
and within a short span of time we proved ourselves as one of the best IT solution
provider company of central India.
The glorious success in the software industry inspired us to have a hand in TELECOM
field, and in year 2008 it started working in telecom sector.
Other than above all Uni info is having close association in electronic and Print Media
and also involved in the business of Construction, textiles and entertainment.

ZTE, Aircel, Airspan, NEC, MTS and many more.

 My domain for internship was Web Development.

 I worked on Event Management Website project during my entire duration of
internship for the company’s annual event.

About Project

Event management system is an online event management system software project that
serves the functionality of an event manager. The system helps in the management of
events, users and the aspects related to them. This proposed to be a web application. The
project provides most of the basic functionality required for an annual event, the system
then allows the user to select date and time of event and book tickets.
Event management is a process of organizing a professional and focused event, for a
particular target audience. It involves visualizing concepts, planning, budgeting,
organizing and executing events. The industry includes fields such as the MICE
(Meetings, Incentives and Events), exhibitions, conferences and seminars as well as live
music and sporting events.

IDE Used –
NetBeans IDE 8.2:
NetBeans IDE is a free, open source, integrated development environment (IDE) that
enables you to develop desktop, mobile and web applications. The IDE supports
application development in various languages, including Java, HTML5, PHP and C++.
The IDE provides integrated support for the complete development cycle, from project
creation through debugging, profiling and deployment. The IDE runs on Windows,
Linux, Mac OS X, and other UNIX-based systems.

Web Technologies Used -

HTML:
 HTML is an acronym which stands for Hyper Text Markup Language which is
used for creating web pages and web applications.
 It is very easy to make an effective presentation with HTML because it has a lot
of formatting tags.
 It is a markup language, so it provides a flexible way to design web pages along
with the text.
 It facilitates programmers to add a link on the web pages so it enhances the
interest of browsing of the user.
 It is platform-independent because it can be displayed on any platform like
Windows, Linux, and Macintosh, etc.
CSS:
 Cascading Style Sheets, fondly referred to as CSS, is a simple design language
intended to simplify the process of making web pages presentable.
 CSS handles the look and feel part of a web page. Using CSS, you can control the
color of the text, the style of fonts, the spacing between paragraphs, how columns
are sized and laid out, what background images or colors are used, layout designs,
variations in display for different devices and screen sizes as well as a variety of
other effects.
 CSS bootstrap determines the view of website for devices of different sizes.

Bootstrap:
 Bootsrap is the most popular HTML, CSS, and JavaScript framework for
developing responsive, mobile-first web sites.
 It solves many problems of cross-browser compatibility issue i.e. websites are
perfect for all the browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome) and for all sizes of screens
(Desktop, Tablets, Phablets, and Phones).
 Bootstrap offers a lot of helper classes that make development of a responsive
website easy and fast.
 It's fully customizable, one can choose which components like to use and use
variables file to get do even more color and behavior customization.

Programming Language Used –

JavaScript:
 JavaScript is a full-fledged dynamic programming language that can add
interactivity to a website.
  JavaScript is versatile able to create games, animated 2D and 3D graphics,
comprehensive database-driven apps, and much more.
 The web developers can easily write custom client-side scripts in JavaScript, and
integrate the scripts seamlessly into HTML.
 Despite being an interpreted programming language, JavaScript simplifies
development of complex web applications by allowing developers to simplify the
application’s composition.

Library Used -
JQuery:
 jQuery is a lightweight, "write less, do more", JavaScript library. The purpose of
jQuery is to make it much easier to use JavaScript on your website.
 jQuery takes a lot of common tasks that require many lines of JavaScript code to
accomplish, and wraps them into methods that you can call with a single line of
code.
 The jQuery library contains the following features:

Event page have following functionalities-

 Event page contain schedule of whole event and their information.
 Buy ticket option are shown below each event.
 On click on buy ticket option it will redirect to payment gateway.

5. Gallery Page:
Gallery page have following functionalities-
 It shows gallery of previous events.
 On click on each photo, full size of photo and its description open.
 CSS and Bootstrap are used to create this responsive image gallery.

7. Contact Us and Google Map iframe:

 User can ask queries by posting message and details in contact us form.
 Google Map iframe is use for quick navigation of company’s head office.
 An inline frame or iframe is used to embed another document within the current
HTML document.
 LEARNING AFTER TRAINING

 This course helps me to learn various web development technologies and

improved my skills in HTML, CSS, Java Script, JQuery, Bootstrap and SDLC.
 I discover how does web works really, what makes web sites work.
 Simple and impressive design techniques, from basics till advanced to focus on
goal oriented and user centric designs.
 How to and where to start research, planning for website & actually build
excellent web sites.
 Pro level skills in SEO with keyword research and content strategy for our
website.
 To create web elements like buttons, banners & Bars and of course complete UI
designs.
 Forms and validations for website.
 Setting up page layout, color schemes, contract, typography in the designs.
 Writing valid and concise code for webpages.
 Best use of social media for revenue generation.
 Setting up a perfect landing page for business, clients and yourself
 DISCUSSION

Advantages:
 This system is effective and saves time and cost of the users.
 To increase efficiency of managing the Event.
 Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper
resource management of Event data.
 Easy to access the system anywhere and anytime.
 Proper description of each event helps user to get more information of event.
 Attractive user interface and photos helps user to create more interest in events.

Limitations:
 Internet connectivity and hardware require such as mobile phone, laptop or
personal computer.
 Unfortunate network loss while paying online can leave you in confusion whether
you have paid or not.
 Software glitch can cause you buy same ticket twice.

Future Scope:
Although our system is completed but it is not perfect, we had planned to make some
enhancement in the future.
We think our system still has potential to grow. Besides, we will include more functions
and introduce more widgets to the system. Like

In the course of completion of this project I gained a lot of knowledge as it required

information collection from various sources which enabled me to thoroughly understand
utmost details about the web development. My project is only a humble venture to
satisfy the needs to manage their project work. Several user friendly coding have also
adopted. This package shall prove to be a powerful package in satisfy all requirements
of the user. The objective of web development is to provide a frame work that enable the
us to make reasonable estimate made within a limited time frame at the beginning of the
software project and should be update regularly as the project regularly.
The project Event Management System has been designed and tested. Integrating
features of all the software components used have developed it. With the help of
growing technology the project has been successfully implemented. Project will
definitely reduce the human effort and make the task of user, customer and administrator
easier. It is efficient to use and easy to work on it. Thus keeping in mind the advantages
and applications. we are developing an Event management software which has total
management control of customer and respective service of different events
