    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    Castrol Transmax TQ 95 is an automatic transmission fluid specifically developed for use in BTR
    automotive 4-speed electronically controlled automatic transmissions.

    PRODUCT APPLICATION
    Castrol Transmax TQ 95 is designed for 4-Speed Ford Falcon and Ford Fairlane cars, Maserati
    automatic 1995-2001 3200GT or Quattroporte models, SsangYong vehicles with M74LE model
    BTRA transmissions and most late model Honda vehicles.

    Castrol Transmax TQ 95 is also suitable for power steering systems where General Motors or
    Ford type fluids are recommended.

    CAUTION:

    Do NOT use Castrol Transmax TQ 95 automatic transmission fluid in Ford Falcon and Ford
    Fairlane models with 3-speed automatic transmissions. Always ensure the correct Castrol
    automatic transmission fluid (as specified by the vehicle manufacturer) is used by referring to the
    vehicles’ owner handbook or Castrol Lubrication Reference Guide.
    Electronic control automatic transmissions require automatic transmission fluids with more stable
    friction and stability characteristics than conventional hydraulic transmissions.

    HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

    Castrol Transmax TQ 95 is considered hazardous in accordance with the HSNO Act for
    Skin Irritant - Toxicity Class - 6.3B. However, in line with safe handling practices, it is
    recommended that the handling instructions outlined in the Castrol Material Safety Data sheet be
    followed.

    Spillage
    Small: Soak up using an inert mineral adsorbent such as Castrol MOP and
    dispose of in the appropriate manner.

    Large: Corrective action usually dictated by individual company safety


    procedures. Immediate containment and subsequent removal is
    essential.

    Disposal: Oily materials must not be allowed to enter groundwater,


    watercourses, sewerage or drainage systems. Refer to local Waste
    Disposal Authority for legal requirements.

    Product Removal

    Bare Metal Surfaces: Remove with Castrol solvent cleaners or water based degreasers.

    Hand Cleaning: Use any of the Castrol range of hand cleaners, e.g. CareClean Plus.

    Other Surfaces: Contact the Castrol Technical Advice Line on 0800 10 40 60.
