Street PO Box 576 Radium Hot Springs, BC V0A1M0 Canada do hereby appoint PRECILA SALVACION
SORIANO likewise of legal age, with residence and postal address at Sitio Balite,Barangay Ipil,
Bongabong Oriental Mindoro as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for, and in my name, place and stead,
to do and perform the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To represent me before any and all government and private offices/agencies in the Philippines;
2. To enter into any and all contracts with any person, corporation, institution or entity in the lease
of a parcel of land covered by TCT No. ____, located at Sitio Balite,Barangay Ipil, Bongabong,
Oriental Mindoro;
3. To sign, execute and deliver all documents necessary to complete any transaction covering
such lease of the said parcel of land;
4. To receive the proceeds of the lease of the said parcel of land either in cash or in check;
5. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out
effectively and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said representative full power and authority to execute or perform
whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of substitution & revocation and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said legal representative or substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents.
