This is to certify and confirrn that the proposed playing cards are compliant with PAGCOR's
requirernents set forth in Regulation I of the Gaming Site Regulatory &r{anuafi (Poker Games), and that
the attached artwork and material indicate at a minimurn, the following:
ARTWCIRK (drawn to actual size or drawn to larger than actual size and in scale)
1. The manufacturer's name, logo or identifying mark inscribed on the face of the Ace of Spades, and
2. The value of each card clearly indicated even when only a third of the card is visible.
MATERIAI-
1. Each playing card shall be rnade of a rnaterial that dces not resuit in:
. Multiple playing cards being bunched or stuck together; or
. A person rernoving more than one playing card at a tirne from a card shae ud':en the stadr is
dealt.
2. The material of the playing card sh*{l allow the ptaying cards to be stacked and placed on a flat
surface without the playing cards falling from the stack.
3. The rnaterial of each playing card shalN he nnaterialwhich allows the srnooth shi:f*ing or dealing of
cards whilst in any approved shuffler or card shoe respectively, and shall not cause the approved
shuffler or card shoe to jam or maffunction.
4. The build quality of playing cards should be good enough to withstand at least six {6} cycles of use.
