Informations & advice


→ Read the entire pattern carefully before starting!
Use a stitch marker to mark the first or last stitch in each row. And count your
stitches!
The actions between [] must be repeated the
number of times indicated. The numbers in blue
and between () correspond to the total number of
stitches obtained for the row.

The technique used to start is that of the magic


circle, each part is crocheted in a circle unless
otherwise indicated.

MR = magic ring Head
sc single crochet Row 1 : 6 sc in MR
Row 2 : 6 inc (12)
slst = slip stitch

ch = chain stitch Row 4 : [2 sc, 1 inc] x 6 (24)
HDC = half double crochet Row 5 : [3 sc, 1 inc] x 6 (30)
Row 6 to 11 : 30 sc
dec = decrease

Cut the thread, leaving about 5 cm long to close with a needle.

• Sew the nose on the head
• Cut in black felt 2 eyes and glue them one st apart of the nose.

Body Beard & mustache
Start with black yarn • Part 1 - make 4
Row 1 : 6 sc in MR Use white yarn
Row 2 : 6 inc (12) Row 1 : 5sc in MR
Row 3 : [1 sc, 1 inc] x 6 (18) Row 2 : 5 inc (10)
Row 4 : [1 sc, 1 inc] x 9 (27) Row 3 : 10 sc
Row 5 : [2 sc, 1 inc] x 9 (36) Finish, cut the yarn.
Row 6 : 36 sc BLO
• Part 2
→ Change color ,use red
Use white yarn
Row 7 : BAR, [2 sc, dec] x 9 (27) Join all the 4 part, you should have above 38 / 40 st
Row 8 et 9 : 27 sc Make 2 more row of sc.
Row 10 :[4 sc, dec] x 4, 3 sc (23) Stuff
Row 11 : 23 sc Sew the beard on the face.

Connect row 30 with row 1, either with 4 sl sts or by sewing it. Row 5 : [3 sc, 1 inc] x 6 (30)

Finish, cut leaving enough thread to join with part 1. You can close the hood by making a nice knot in the thread.
