1. Making/Measure of Cycle time/SMV (standard Production Minutes) from ( Ftackle


/export, Local/tank/customized, pultrusion and roofing also packing/logistic to
measure/making report performance every process (operator/ dept).
2. Making and analysis for Master schedulling ( section Ftackle /export,
Local/tank/customized, pultrusion and roofing ) per section for 1 and 3 month ( weekly basis
) and brain storming with Marketing/sales, purchasing team also operational team
(production).
3. Analysis & controlling to Provide management material from planning and schedulling
dept. requirements, All material such as Resin, Mat(roving,tissue etc) Assesories & packing
type of tank, product etc.
4. Controlling & Responsible for material supply from the warehouse for production, such
checking the the total material per plan and material description which are being used for
the plan.
5. Material status: Controlling & Checking (minimun & maximum) for up dates and total
incoming for all materials (Material Resin, Mat, roving, tissue (direct), Accessories etc
(indirect) and consumable material etc ) based on PPIC or Material Planning Requirement
(MPR)
6. To Following Planning & Controlling for daily issues during production such preparation,
which has caused material consumption exceed the allowance being provided -
( achievement Plan vs Actual).
7. Preparing data for manhours and worker needed all dept. for a Weekly and month
forward.
8. Planning & estimate ( Loadability, Capacity etc ) for preparing from packing and due date
for export.

Making report performance per individu /operator for overall dept. and meeting every week
with dept. which not achieve target ( performance target 95%). --> control manual display in
every dept. performance board.

Making report productivity per line/section for 1week achievement. brainstorming with
operational (production) every 2 week for advantage, challenge (SWOT - Strength,
weakness, opportunity, threats) and report for bonus achievement target every month
(assessment every 3 month) --> (productivity, quality and absenteeism)

Making clay plan (master plan for all dept.) based on planning from PPIC and meeting with
operation and PPIC for working hours ( reguler time/ overtime ) and manning ( operator
usage ) for effectively and efficient on production).

Measure cycle time ( standard productive time) to make report performance individual and
dept.

To make sure all dept. Operational getting well in efficient and effectiveness

Controlling manning in every dept to achieve good productivity.

Making planning and scheduling working hours based plan PPIC to control working standard
hours base on Qty order. Need OT or not

making report productivity and OEE (machine) to ensure all dept reach great performance.

2nd process/Artwork (Bonding & heattransfer, Embroidary & quilting, Printing, &
Finishgood).
5. Preparing all element Lean manufacturing audit with schedule 3 month per once (Nike)
and 6 month for Adidas also other buyer (TNF, Salomon etc) .
