Proper service and repair is important to the safe, reliable operation of f
all MARTIN-DECKER equipment. The service procedures recommended /
by MARTIN-DECKER and described in the service manuals are recommended f
I /
methods of performing service operations. Some of these service operations f
require the use of tools specially designed for the purpose. The special f
tools should be used when and as recommended. 4
I I
It is important to note that some warnings against the use of specific service /
I
methods that can damage the equipment or render it unsafe are stated in the I
manuals. It is also important to understand these warnings are not exclusive. 4
MARTIN-DECKER could not possibly know, evaluate and advise the service 4
people of all conceivable ways in which service might be done or of the possible f
hazardous consequences of each way. Accordingly 4
anyone who uses service 4
procedures or tools which are not recommended by MARTIN-DECKER must 4
first satisfy himself thoroughly that neither his safety or equipment safety #
will be jeopardized by the method selected. f
