ENRILE , of legal age, Filipino, married and with an official address at Purok 5, Camanlangan,New Bataan, Compostela Valley Province, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint SHIELA MAE PONGOS, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of P18 Poblacion, Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province, Philippines, to be the true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and on behalf of my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:
1. To sign the payroll on my behalf;
2. To claim and receive my bonus to be released on December 2016.
Generally, to do such acts and things necessary and/or requisite for the consummation of the authority and transactions herein mentioned.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done with regards to the claim of honorarium and other claims as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person; and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
