EXPLANATORY STATEMENT - AFFIDAVIT OF FACT

I, Tatum-Jasmine, Marie, as defined in documents presented in regard to this Statement

affirm, being above the age of majority, of aligned mind, body, Spirit with
first - hand knowing, state that the facts contained herein are set forth in good faith with
clean hands and correct, complete and not misleading, and those presented are
affirmed to be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth on behalf of the Most
High Supreme Creator.

These explanatory statements will remain as part of the passport application to obtain a
Certificate of Non Citizen Nationality pursuant to section 101 (a) (21) of the Immigration
and Nationality Act (INA), section 341(b) of the INA, and 8 U.S.C. 1452 (b) I am
enclosing my previous UNITED STATES passport to return to this passport authority
because abdication for it had errors or updates.

I, Tatum-Jasmine, Marie declare my infinite and eternal allegiance to the will and the
way of the Most High Supreme Creator.

I, Cr8tress-The, Jasmine was never nor could ever be a legal fiction, U.S. citizen, a
fourteenth amendment citizen of the UNITED STATES, nor Black, African American,
Negro, Colored, Hispanic, Latino, a commercial vehicle or any other federal corporation.

I, Cr8tress-The, Jasmine manifested on the land mass known as North West Amexum
or America and on the land state commonly known as Massachusetts republic and not
“in” the federal corporation called the UNITED STATES nor its outlying possessions. My
ancestral Indigenous lineage to the land mass of America extend multiple generations
and more than 100+ years past.

I, Cr8tress-The, Jasmine declare mental state of being as the first Universal law of
Tehuti: All is Mind, Universe is Mental and everything is energy.

I, Cr8tress-The, Jasmine declare spiritual state of being as aligned, integrated and

wholly connected and locked into the Most High primordial forces of ancestral,
elemental and universal energies.

I, Cr8tress-The, Jasmine declare bodily state of being as 4th dimensional design

previously operating within a 3 dimensional construct and now operating from a higher
vibrational electromagnetic field, highly oxygenated, carbon - rich and that of the

eternally chosen beings whom are indigenous to the land, a state national of my own
nation and by blood and birthright the spiritual, mental and physical embodiment of the

most certainly not subject to the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES as a U.S. citizen,
legal fiction or fourteenth amendment citizen.

Applicant has prepared the application without alterations however, it is very clear that
the instructions per DS-11 form under ACTS OF CONDITIONS clearly outline that any
act of condition that “have been performed by or apply to the applicant” has to be lined
out. This Applicant has followed the instructions and lined out all acts of conditions
which apply to the Applicant and have attached this Explanatory Statement to the DS-11
Application per the instructions. By lining out the portion which applies to Applicant the
Applicant declares that the statements under ACTS OR CONDITIONS do not apply to
the Applicant.

I affirm, since manifesting at physical birth on this holographic electro-magnetic plane of

existence, have never knowingly nor intentionally, acquired United States citizenship,
nor naturalized as a citizen of a foreign state; taken an oath or made an affirmation or
other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state; entered or served in the armed
forces of a foreign state; accepted of performed the duties of any office, past or
employment under the government of a foreign state or political subdivision thereof;
made a formal renunciation of nationality either in the UNITED STATES, or before a
diplomatic or consular officer of the UNITED STATES in a foreign state, or been

Furthermore, I have not been convicted of a federal state drug offense, ‘ sex tourism’,
crimes statute, and I am not the subject of an outstanding federal, state or local warrant
of arrest for felony; a criminal court order forbidding my departure from the UNITED
STATES; a subpoena received from the UNITED STATES in a matter involving federal
prosecution for, or grand jury investigation of, a felony.

Annexed to this Explanatory Statement - Affidavit of Fact and incorporated herein by

this reference are :

1. The applicant’s Declaration of Status previously sent by registered mail to the

Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles, the Office of Management and Budget
AND to the Social Security Administration Office of International Affairs and

2. A copy of applicant’s Massachusetts state authenticated birth certificate which

evidences the physical manifestation or arrival of a baby to this plane of existence
and establishes the legal name JAS MAR TAT, registered on file with Secretary of
the Commonwealth, William Francis Galvin, as certificate number 2225***.
• The social security number XXX-XX-XXXX provided on the DS-11 was
generated for JAS MAR TAT in order to create a state of Massachusetts
corporate entity. The documents attached illustrate clear definition of the
Applicant’s status and shall be of paramount indicators of the Applicant’s status
specific to the DS-11 application.

Per the fourteenth amendment, all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and
subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the UNITED STATES and of the state
where they reside. The Applicant retains all rights as a American national and will use
the passport issued to JAS MAR TAT as travel papers or as “border crossing
identification card.” Please reference Title 8 U.S. Code § 1101a6.

The function of the passport is not a matter of commerce in acquiring membership/

citizenship to a corporate entity like the UNITED STATES but instead political in nature

and specific to nationality. Nationality must be declared and the applicant has done so
by evidenced of the published Declaration of Status annexed.

I, Cr8tress-The; Jasmine, affirm my intention to correct the information listed on all

travel papers and ‘border crossing identification card” to National and NOT a citizen of
the United States.

The Applicant has provided all information deemed relevant and necessary to the
Passport agency. Therefore, Applicant retains all rights, title, trademarks and interest
regarding all information, photographs and autographs provided by the DS-11
application. The Applicant allows one time use of this trademarked information but such
information shall remain private and for the sole use of verifying identity and nationality
of Applicant.
