I, VIRGINIA V. PINEDA of legal age, Filipino, Married, with business address at No. 26 Mayo Street, N.S. Amoranto, La Loma, Quezon City. After being duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:
1. I am the Owner of VNBP CONSTRUCTIONS, a company registered with Department of
Industry with DTI Certificate No.00518197, dated August 22, 2008;
2. Since January 2012 up to present the said company has no commercial operations;
3. Because the company has no operations, it has no derived any income;
4. This affidavit is executed for whatever legal purpose it may serve;
5. This affidavit is likewise voluntarily executed by me to attest to the truth of all the foregoing.
