Sir:
I have the honor to signify my intention for transfer to another work station particularly at Pasaleng National
High School, Pasaleng, Pagudpud Ilocos Norte. I was informed by the School Principal, Madam Mildred C.
Almazan, that there is an existing vacant item in TVL Track specifically Agri-Fishery Arts Strand and I would
like to take the opportunity to transfer for the following reasons:
1. My new born child is at Pancian, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte and being with her can make me feel
comfortable because I will be able to see her every day.
2. The school I intend to transfer is just next to our barangay.
3. Being at Pancian, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte will surely give me peace of mind and have a better
concentration on my job because I am with my family, thus, be more efficient to the service.
Thank you for the support and the opportunities that you have provided. I have truly enjoyed my tenure with
Pattao National High School - Main, and I am more than grateful for the encouragement you have given me in
pursuing my professional and personal growth.
Respectfully yours,
