FIRST QUARTER ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN ICT

The provision of schooling is facing unprecedented challenges because of the COVID-19 crisis. Use
of ICTs for education during the pandemic and beyond is a reality for which teachers and learners must
be better prepared.  Information Technology (IT) is concerned with the development, management and
use of computer-based information systems. Our top priority and most important accomplishment are
the continued success in providing high quality, reliable service and support to our students and
teachers.

Listed below are the different activities, accomplishments, and ICT utilization report for the First Quarter
from May 2020 - December 2020.

1. Attended the LD 6 DICT-SICT O365 Virtual Orientation last May 14, 2020 1pm – 2 pm

2. Requested 0365 Account for 15 teachers and some of the teachers already installed their
Microsoft 0365.

3. Attended the Virtual Orientation on the Basic Guidelines on Enrolment 2020-2021 in light of the
COVID-19 last May 29, 2020.

4. Cascaded the Orientation on the Basic Guidelines on Enrolment 2020-2021 considering the
COVID-19, orientation on the use of LESF and e-LESF to all teachers.

5. Created the Learner Enrolment and Survey Form via Google Form as an online platform for
remote enrolment.

6. Requested for Creation of DepEd Email of Mrs. Rochelle C. Palapuz, Mrs. Janet A. Otana, and
Mrs. Hannae Alyza P. Domingo last June 8, 2020. The three teachers already have their DepEd
email account.

7. Attended the CLUSTER 1 AND 5 LIS ORIENTATION last July 13, 2020 1:30pm - 2:30pm

8. Conducted the School Roll-out of LIS Orientation last September 23, 2020 and provided
technical assistance to advisers for enrolment of students for the School Year 2020-2021

9. Beginning of the S.Y BEIS Data Entry submission for S.Y. 2020-2021
10. Utilization of LED TV, laptops, and other ICT equipment during meetings, SLAC and webinars.

11. Continuous monitoring and assistance to teachers in the use of ICT during submission of reports,
LIS enrolment, tagging of learners and updating of learners’ data.
