Description Advantages/Benefits
The range of RENOLIN AC COMPRESSOR OILS has Low volatility
been developed to embrace a wide range of Good separator/reclaimer life in vane and screw
equipment maker's specifications and requirements. machines
The products have been subjected to ongoing Low oil consumption and carry over
development over many years and represent a Excellent oxidation stability
modern approach to compressor lubrication. The Effective corrosion protection
range is based on selected low volatility mineral oil
fractions to give freedom from deposits caused by oil
carry over. Inhibitors are incorporated to control Specifications/Approvals
foaming, oxidation and to minimise mechanical wear.
All products exceed the requirements of DIN 51506
VD-L test sequence.
Application
RENOLIN AC32 and AC46 are intended primarily for
the lubrication of rotary screw type compressors.
Final selection should be in accordance with
equipment manufacturer’s recommendation.
RENOLIN AC68 and AC100 are intended primarily for
the lubrication of reciprocating compressors according
to manufacturer’s recommendations. Both products
may be used for the drip feed lubrication of gears and
drive mechanisms in certain screw compressors
where oils of this viscosity are stipulated by the
machine manufacturers. RENOLIN AC68 and AC100
may also be used in certain sliding vane type
compressors where oils of this viscosity are
recommended by the equipment makers. Provide
miniumum drain intervals of 2000hrs in screw and
1000hrs in vane use.
RENOLIN AC150 is intended primarily for the
lubrication of sliding vane type compressors and is
approved by Hydrovane for use in machines of their
manufacture for 500 hour drain periods.
The range may be used in most vacuum pump
applications where the viscosity is appropriate.
The RENOLIN AC range is recognised by leading compressor manufacturers in the UK and overseas.
