IPPO HQS At about 11 0830H January 2019, the Iloilo

PPO under the supervision of PSSUPT
MARLON A TAYABA, Supply Section led by
PCI ALEJANDRO P APOSTOL together with
PSUPT ROMAR V PEREGIL, conducted
Police Information and Continuing Education
(PICE) by reiterating the memorandum from
higher headquarters regarding the proper
disposal of PNP uniforms and reminded the
implementation of wearing PNP Athletic
shoes to be used during Physical Fitness
test and other related activities.
1st IPMFC

At about 9:00 AM January 04, 2019 1st

IPMFC conducted PICE under the leadership
of PSUPT ARNEL M SOLIS, Acting Force
Commander and disseminated the memo
about the Continuing Energy Conservation
Measures, reminded the strict
implementation of Tamang Bihis and proper
care of issued firearms. Activity ended at
about 10:00H of same date.
2ND IPMFC
At about 8:30 AM personnel of 2nd IPMFC
under the direct supervision of
PSUPT.FERDINAND N NAVALES,
Company Commander together with
PCINSP ELMER S MAGBANUA, Admin
Officer conducted PICE in relation to LOI
Tamang Bihis and proper haircut to the
personnel of this unit held at Camp Jalandoni
Brgy. Zerrudo Sara, Iloilo.

PASSI CITY PS

At about 050800H January 2019 PSUPT

ARTURO M FULLERO, Acting Chief of
Police of Passi City Police Station conducted
Rank Inspection to all personnel in GOA
Type C Uniform and Police Information and
Continuing Education (PICE) regarding the
duty scheme of personnel and LOI Tamang
Bihis.

AJUY MPS
That at about 050800H January 2019,
PCINSP JOHN VAN HERSON T LUSPO,
Acting Chief of Police, Ajuy Municipal Police
Station, Conducted Saturday Rank
Inspection to all PNP personnel in GOA Type
“C’ Uniform likewise (PICE) was also
conducted with the topic discussed regarding
“LOI Tamang Bihis Bantay Bihis”

ALIMODIAN MPS At about 120930H January 2019 Alimodian

Police Station conducted Police Information
and Continuing Education (PICE) initiated by
Police Inspector DANILO L NOCA Chief of
Police by reminding all personnel to refrain
from entering bar/night clubs & similar public
drinking places and establishment. They
were also reminded to always observe
Tamang Bihis and clean their service
firearms. Activity ended at 120945H January
2019 with positive result.
ANILAO MPS

At about 050830H January 2019, PCI

CIRIACO E ESQUILARGA, Acting Chief of
Police, conducted information dissemination
to all PNP personnel of Anilao Municipal
Police Station regarding the full
implementation of new PNP Athelic Uniform
and their authorized manufacturers,
distributors and/or dealers.

BADIANGAN MPS
At about 050800H January 2019, PSI MA.
THERESA G LERO, Acting Chief of Police,
Badiangan Municipal Police Station,
Conducted Saturday Rank Inspection to all
PNP personnel in GOA Type “C’ Uniform
likewise (PICE) was also conducted with the
topic discussed regarding “LOI Tamang Bihis
Bantay Bihis”

BALASAN MPS
At about 050830H January 2019 PINSP
ALEXANDER S LAURON, Acting Chief of
Police Balasan Municipal Police Station
conducted PICE regarding the daily
deployment plan of PNP uniformed
personnel and proper care and maintenance
of issued firearms.

BANATE MPS
At about 050830H January 2019, PSINSP
GENESIS R ROQUE conducted Police
Information and Continuing Education (PICE)
with the topics on implementation of the use
of new PNP athletic/ rubber shoes and
unauthorized shoes shall not be honored
during inspection. He also discussed
preparedness and alertness of personnel as
it has a lot of clients coming in and out of the
station for the renewal of their clearances.
Activity ended at about 0920H of the same
date.
BTAC NUEVO MPS
That on 09:30 in the morning of January 5,
2019 PSINSP KENN ALBERT P LEPSIA
ACOP, conducted PICE to all personnel with
subject LOI Tamang Bihis specially In
wearing GOA type C uniform. In addition he
congratulate all personnel for the success to
maintain peace and order during barangay
fiestas celebrations Activities ended 10:00
o’clock in the morning of same date.

BAROTAC VIEJO MPS

At about 08:10 AM of January 11, 2019, PCI
Joeven Arevalo, Chief of Police, Barotac
Viejo Police Station together with all PNP
personnel conducted PICE/information
dissemination of the directives and guidance
by RD, PRO 6 in connection with the coming
National and local Election. He also
reminded all personnel to observe Tamang
Bihis at all times and ensure the
serviceability of their issued firearms.

BATAD MPS
That on or about 050800H January 2019,
PINSP FELICE SUDARIO DIOSO, Acting
Chief of Police, Batad Municipal Police
Station, Conducted Saturday Rank
Inspection to all PNP personnel in GOA Type
“C’ Uniform likewise (PICE) was also
conducted with the topic discussed regarding
“LOI Tamang Bihis Bantay Bihis”

BINGAWAN MPS
At about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of
January 05, 2019 Bingawan MPS under the
leadership of PSI ALFONSO N MANOBA
JR, ACOP, conducted Police Information and
Continuing Education (PICE) and a short
conference to all personnel. The PICE was
initiated with the different directives and
guidelines from the higher office and at the
same time Reminders on Security Measures
and preparations of every personnel for the
up-coming Senatorial Election.
 At about 0800H of same date, PSINSP
CABATUAN MPS SULLEN B DOMINGO, Acting COP of
Cabatuan MPS conducted a Police
Information and Continuing Education (PICE)
held at the Conference Room of Cabatuan
MPS. Topics discussed were Manual on
Managing Police Operation @ Lambat –
Sibat Chapter 1 (Introduction and General
Provisions),PNP Ethical Doctrine
Manaual,PATROL Plan 2030,PNP Operation
Procedures (Rule 1 to 7) and LOI Tamang
Bihis.Activity ended at about 0930H of same
date.

CALINOG MPS At about 8:00 in the morning of January 5,

2019 PINSP REGGIE S NAVARRA, Deputy
Chief of Police of Calinog Municipal Police
Station Rank Inspection among the PNP
personnel in GOA C Uniform (GOA C). After
inspection said Deputy Chief of Police
conducted Police Information and Continuing
Education regarding the implementation of
proper wearing of PNP uniform ” LOI
TAMANG BIHIS” while bearing, carrying, and
transporting F/A during their tour of duty.

CARLES MPS At about 8:00 AM of January 12, 2019,

PSINSP FRANCIS ALBERT E
FORTUNADO, Acting Chief of Police, Carles
Municipal Police Station conducted Rank
Inspection to see to it that all PNP Personnel
under his supervision is strictly adhering the
LOI Tamang Bihis in GOA “Type C” Uniform.
PICE followed discussing the importance of
being vigilant while conducting beat patrol
and strengthening of security measures
inside the camp.

On January 5, 2019 at about 9:00 o’clock in

CONCEPCION MPS
the morning the men and women in uniform
of Concepcion Municipal Police Station
attended the Saturday Rank Inspection
conducted by PCI Abner T Jordan, COP
together with SPO2 Gilbert E Piedad, Deputy
COP in GOA Type C Uniform. After the rank
inspection the Chief of Police conducted
PICE, he thoroughly discussed “Tamang
Bihis”, duties and responsibilities of
personnel, proper care and maintenance of
firearms and other related matters.
DINGLE MPS

At 8:30 o’clock in the morning of January 11,

2019 Police Senior Inspector, FERNANDO
C PUNZALAN JR, Acting Chief of Police,
conducted PICE to the personnel of Dingle
Municipal Police Status with topic discussed
on LOI Tamang Bihis. Activity ended at
about 9:00 A.M of same date.

DUEÑAS MPS
On or about 050800H January 2019
PSINSP SAMUEL V VIPINOSA Acting COP
Duenas Municipal Police Station together
with SPO4 Amar conducted accounting of
personnel/rank inspection in GOA Type C
Uniform and discussed topics related to
Admin concerns and other guidelines from
higher office on all PNP personnel of
Duenas, Activity end at about 0930H.

DUMANGAS MPS At about 060900H January 2019 PCINSP

JOGEN FACTO SUEGAY, Chief of Police
Dumangas Municipal Police Station
conducted rank inspection to all PNP
personnel in GOA Type C Uniform. Said
activity was conducted to ensure that
personnel strictly observe tamang bihis in the
performance of their duties. After the
inspection PICE followed, with topics
discussed on the duties and responsibilities
of every personnel and dissemination of
memos coming from higher headquarters.
ESTANCIA MPS

At about 050900am of January, 2019 under

the supervision of PCINSP JONAH M
GALICHA Officer In charge of Estancia MPS,
conducted PICE to all personnel. OIC
discussed regarding on the tasking of
individual personnel and he also tackled
what are the problems and concern
especially on the compliances of every
sections.
 At about 12 0800H January 2019 – PINSP
IGBARAS MPS SOTERO N PAGUNTALAN JR, ACOP of
Igbaras MPS conducted Saturday Rank
Inspection and PICE. The rank inspection
was held in front of the police station and
was followed by PICE. During the rank
inspection, personnel were required to wear
their GOA Type C Uniform. Followed by
PICE by reiterating to every personnel to be
more vigilant and security conscious while
inside the police station to deter possible
attacks that CNN might do.

At about 8:30 in the morning of January 12,

GUIMBAL MPS 2019 at Guimbal Municipal Police Station
personnel led by PCINSP REMIE A
ALAVAREN Concurrent OIC, conducted rank
inspection to his subordinates in GOA “C” in
front of police station. Furthermore, he
reminded his subordinates of the duty detail
re implementation of full alert status,
TAMANG BIHIS and reminding the
implementation of EO 297 (Regulating the
Manufacture, Sale, Distribution and Use of
PNP Uniforms, Insignias, and other
Accoutrements) and Art 179- Illegal Use of
Uniform or Insignia. Activity ended at about
09:20 in the morning of same date.

JANIUAY MPS At about 05 0900H January 2019, PSINSP

JOHN PAUL M GUAY, Chief of Police,
conducted Rank Inspection to the PNP
personnel of Janiuay Municipal Police
Station followed by PICE (Police Information
and Continuing Education) regarding
Tamang Bihis, security measures inside the
camp and duties and responsibilities of every
personnel. Said activity ended at about
0945H of same date with positive result.

LAMBUNAO MPS

At about 110830H January 2019, PCI RENE

G OBREGON Jr., Chief of Police, Lambunao
Municipal Police Station conducted Police
Information and Continuing Education (PICE)
to all PNP personnel regarding LOI Tamang
Bihis, taskings of every personnel and
disseminated RD’s Messages/Guidance.
LEGANES MPS At about 11:30 am of January 05, 2019,
PSINSP DADJE B DELIMA, Officer-in-
Charge Leganes MPS, conducted PICE to all
his personnel. Included in the discussion
were standard Tamang Bihis, Police
Operational Procedures, dissemination of
RD’s and PD’s guidance and possible
threats and avoidance to threats while
performing every day duties. Said activity
ended at about 12:45H of the same date with
satisfactory result.

LEMERY MPS
At about 05 0800H January 2019, PSI
MARVIN SIOCO BUENAVISTA, Chief of
Police conducted PICE to personnel of
Lemery Municipal Police Station, Lemery,
Iloilo regarding Tamang Bihis and
disseminated the new directives and memos
from higher headquarters. Activity ended at
about 0830H of same date.

LEON MPS

At about 70900 January 2019 PINSP JOSE

ROMEL C SAMSON, Chief of Police, Leon
Municipal Police Station conducted PICE to
all personnel regarding LOI Tamang Bihis,
security measures inside the camp and
police operational procedures when
conducting checkpoint operation.

MAASIN MPS
That on or about 050800H January 2019,
PINSP JOSE OSWALD DILAG GATUSLAO
Acting Chief of Police, Maasin Municipal
Police Station, Conducted Saturday Rank
Inspection to all PNP personnel in GOA Type
“C’ Uniform likewise (PICE) was also
conducted with the topic discussed regarding
“LOI Tamang Bihis Bantay Bihis”
MIAG-AO MPS
At around 0800H of January 10, 2019 ,
PCINSP JOHNNY RAMOS TUMAMBING,
ACOP conducted PICE to the men and
women of Miag-ao Municipal Police Station,
and discussed the guidelines of “ LOI
TAMANG BIHIS/ BANTAY BIHIS”.. A total of
thirty four (38) PNP personnel have attended
the activity that ended at around 0900H of
the same date.

MINA MPS
At about 050830H January 2019 – PINSP
FELICE S DIOSO– Acting Chief of Police,
Mina MPS conducted rank inspection to all
PNP personnel. Said activity started with the
checking of attendance, inspecting the
proper wearing of GOA TYPE “C” uniform
and there is NO defect noted. It was followed
by PICE, and topic discussed regarding,
Tamang Bihis, duty shift and obligation/
responsibilities of every PNP Personnel
according to their task designation.
On or about 050830H January PSINSP
FELIX DC ALIANZA JR, OIC, conducted
NEW LUCENA MPS
PICE to all personnel of New Lucena MPS
by disseminating the memo regarding
counter measures on exploitation of PNP
uniforms and strict implementation of EO 297
and Art. 179 of RPC, observance of Tamang
Bihis especially on the use of new standard
unit patch/seal of IPPO to avoid buying from
unauthorized suppliers which will not be
honored during inspections and reiteration
on the performance of the duties and
responsibilities of all personnel.

OTON MPS
At about 050745H January 2019, with direct
supervision of PCINSP GERVINSON G
MOYO, Acting COP, SPO4 Gaudioso L
Yudelmo and SPO3 Ritche N Silla conducted
Saturday Rank Inspection and PICE to all
PNP personnel and discussed matters on
LOI Tamang-Bihis, prescribed haircut, new
unit patch and other issues & concern.
PAVIA MPS
PCI FERNAND L LIMBUNGAN, Chief of
Police, SPO4 Rene C Mercado, Deputy,
COP/ MESPO, reminded all personnel to
observe LOI Tamang Bihis during their tour
of duty and always be strict regarding the
BANTAY BIHIS/EO 297 and Art 179 to the
civilians. Activity ended at about 051100H
January 2019.

POTOTAN MPS
At about 9:00 in the morning of January 5,
2019, PCINSP RONNIE PERANTE BRILLO,
Acting COP and SPO3 Rogelio M Gonzales
Jr., Deputy/MESPO of Pototan Municipal
Police Station conducted rank inspection in
relation to proper wearing of prescribed PNP
General Office Attire Type C (GOA Type C)
Uniform. PICE was also conducted regarding
the LOI Tamang Bihis for strict
implementation to all PNP members.

SAN DIONISIO MPS

At about 08300H of January 11, 2019 PINSP
EDGAR A LABISCASE, Acting Chief of
Police, San Dionisio Municipal Police
Station, conducted Rank Inspection to all
personnel in GOA “C Uniform. He also
conducted PICE with topics on LOI Tamang
Bihis, deployment plan of personnel and
strict implementation of proper turn-over of
long firearms from outgoing to incoming
personnel. Activity ended 0910H of the same
date.

SAN ENRIQUE MPS

At about 08 0800H January 2019 SPO4
Randy L Lambungan, In-charge PNCO of
San Enrique MPS conducted Police
Information and Continuing Education (PICE)
to all PNP personnel of San Enrique
Municipal Police Station regarding the proper
wearing of uniform and alertness of duty
sentinel at COP room. Activity ended at
about 0900H of same date with satisfactory
result.
 At about 050830H January 2019, PSINSP
SAN JOAQUIN MPS
HERMOGENES EDJAN EULATIC, Acting,
Chief of Police, conducted Police Information
and Continuing Education (PICE) re LOI
65/2010 (Proper Maintenance of Issued
Firearms) Police Operational Procedure and
LOI Tamang Bihis. Further discussed salient
points of PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, the
Implementation of Executive Order No. 279
and Article 179 of the Revised Penal Code
and maintenance of patrol and police
presence activities.

SAN MIGUEL MPS

At about 0050930H January 2019 PCINSP

JOJO U TABALOC Chief of Police San
Miguel Police Station conducted police
information and continuing education (PICE)
regarding the Duties and responsibilities as
police Officer. This PICE will serve as the
appraisal and will refresh the knowledge of
all personnel.

SAN RAFAEL MPS

At about 9:00am of January 5, 2019 PINSP.
MARTIN S. PUGALES conducted PICE to
personnel of San Rafael Municipal Police
Station, San Rafael, Iloilo regarding the
proper used of GOA TYPE “C” uniform and
other subject matter tackled was the
improvement of their police station. Activity
ended at about 10:00am of the same date.

SARA MPS

At about 5 0930H January 2019, PSINSP

ASENSION S. ORTIZO conducted PICE to
personnel of Sara Municipal Police Station,
Sara, Iloilo regarding Tamang Bihis and
proper care and maintenance of firearms.
Activity ended at about 1000H of same date
STA. BARBARA MPS On January 5, 2019 at about 8:20 in the
morning PSINSP JOSE REY SILLA
PABALAN conducted Police Information
Continuing Education (PICE). Matters
discussed were: “LOI Tamang Bihis/ Bantay
Bihis should be strictly observed, PNP Anti-
Criminality Campaign. Further, reiterate to
intensify Police Presence and Visibility to
maintain the Peace and Order situation.
Activity ended at about 8:45 in the morning
of same date.

TIGBAUAN MPS At about 9:00 a.m. January 5, 2019, PCINSP

DENNIS P PAMONAG conducted PICE. He
discussed the directives from the higher
command regarding the Reiteration of the
Guidance on Submission of After Activity
Reports and other memo for higher office.
Further, he reminded all the personnel that
the PNP is still on full alert status and must
be watchful during their tour of duties
especially the activities in Town Festivities
this coming January 20, 2019 to prevent any
possible harassment/overran of the station.

TUBUNGAN MPS
At about 10:30 AM of January 12, 2019,
PSINSP ELEAZAR A CLIMACOSA, Chief of
Police, together with personnel of Tubungan
Municipal Police Station conducted PICE on
Tamang Bihis, intensification the conduct of
COMELEC checkpoint and COMELEC gun
ban and FOI law.

ZARRAGA MPS
That on or about 050800H January 2019,
PINSP REY SENADOR PUEYO Acting
Chief of Police, Zarraga Municipal Police
Station, Conducted Saturday Rank
Inspection to all PNP personnel in GOA Type
“C’ Uniform likewise (PICE) was also
conducted with the topic discussed regarding
